I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their care to anyone needing support.

Mum and the whole family wanted you all to know just how much we all appreciated the love and care that you showed to Mum and Dad, and then Mum on her own over the past couple of years. It has been the hardest thing for Mum to do to leave you all, never mind the family, you are the people that she will miss. It became clear to all of us that Mum just could not manage in the house on her own anymore and it was with reluctance that she agreed to leave you and move to permanent residential care. You will be a hard act to follow and you can be assured that Mum will not accept standards any lower than those that she got from you. The care assistants could be in for a hard time if they do not behave. Be reassured that the ones that I have met are very nice. I will keep you updated on how Mum is doing.

During his hospital stay the manager and other regular caregivers visited Dad. I have no hesitation in providing a recommendation as I have been more than impressed with the very personal service offered. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Home Instead was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that I found such a great company to help my elderly neighbour. She desperately wanted to remain living independently at home and Home Instead has made that possible. She is very comfortable and happy with the carers who attend her. They are 100% reliable and always kind and caring towards her and her cat. With a failing memory, a routine is vitally important and Home Instead understand that. If there is any change to the schedule we are informed well in advance and they have also been able to add a cleaning service to the care package which has helped enormously. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone who wants to remain in their own home in elderly life.

I find the staff and carers at Home Instead Senior Service, punctual, helpful and courteous. I use them to help me go shopping, attend appointments and some social activities. They have always been available when I need them and have never let me down.

A great company overall!

She was a very gentle caring lady. My wife got on very well with the Caregiver very quickly. When they were getting my wife ready for bed you could hear them giggling away and they always had a calming effect on my wife. They were always punctual and did what was asked without hesitation. A very nice experience overall.

In my opinion, Home Instead are a cut above other care providers. They are professional, helpful and easy to contact when needed. Other care companies would do well to emulate their approach. Home Instead are expensive compared to others, but they're also superior in quality and attention to detail. I recommend this care company.

The service I receive for me and my wife is good. Everything that was promised has been delivered. We have had no problems.

The companionship care we receive for my mother at present is wonderful. The carers we have are efficient and very friendly and make us feel a lot more at ease with the situation. They are well trained in dealing with my mother's dementia, specifically in keeping her calm during bad periods.

Any time we need extra help, it is provided without any worry on our part, which makes our lives a lot easier. There never seems to be a problem and we are extremely impressed with the service we are receiving.
