We are really grateful for Bluebird Care - they are flexible and adaptable. They are patient with my mother in law. They do their best to help even when there is resistance! We've had a complicated time recently that has involved more care during a period of ill health. We're so happy that the carers have been able to adapt their approach and increase their visits. Thanks for all you do.

Bluebird Care Waltham Forest are fantastic!
They offer outstanding assistance helping my mother with her morning routines. Communicating with the office is straightforward and stress-free. Carers are introduced during the face-to-face assessment visit, so you are aware of who will be attending each appointment. Advised in advance who will be covering the appointment if regular carer is not available.

A+ service

I cannot praise Bluebird enough for the level of care they have been providing my mother who has Alzheimer's and lives alone. The carers and supervisors are professional, kind and courteous, and my mother enjoys the visits. Often the service provided is over and above what is required. The supervisors are always available for any questions and have on several occasions been on hand when there were emergencies that I couldn't attend immediately because of distance. The carers are always attentive and alert and I am always informed if there are any issues/concerns. I am very thankful for the service provided by Bluebird and feel secure in the knowledge that my mother is in safe hands. I would highly recommend Bluebird.

Very happy with the level of care from the lovely carers who are very friendly and kind to my mother with Parkinson's. The supervisors are always there to help and offer their support. We have built up a good relationship with the customer care supervisor and the care coordinator/administrator. My mum is happy and they allow her to be as independent as she can on their visits.

I asked for a carer to check on my partner who is more or less housebound while I was in hospital for an operation. Staff were professional and polite and provided good care although little hands-on care was needed. We had a management visit beforehand which was reassuring. As we have not had any previous experience of engaging carers I don't know if the service was good value or not.

We discovered Bluebird Care Waltham Forest after my mum had a fall down the stairs and needed additional support at home. Over the last two years we have had to gradually increase the care for her and my dad to help them to continue living at home.
Bluebird Care have been a great agency to work with. I work full time so often need to send emails at the evening or weekends with requests. These are dealt with quickly and it feels like we work together to help solve the challenges that my parents are facing.
Bluebird have kept the same carer in place and we have been able to increase her hours. She gets on really well with my mum and dad and treats them respectfully and they love her daily visits. She reassures them and helps them to feel less isolated at home.

I recommend Bluebird Care to my friends who are also having to find carers for older family members.

When I contacted Blue Bird it was because I didn’t know what else to do as I couldn’t manage on my own looking after my mum but I couldn’t bear the thought of a stranger looking after her. When they came to do the assessment I thought they were really nice, but didn’t believe it could be true, however, they really were that nice. The managers who did the assessment and took the bookings were incredibly nice and helpful and very flexible and understanding. The staff who came to look after my mum were kind and patient. My mum was unable to be particularly polite to them, but they totally understood that was part of her condition. I didn’t think this kind of service was possible because these days, even if you pay for something it doesn’t mean it’s good quality. But this really was good quality and I would highly recommend it, thank you.

Thank you for this lovely review, ourselves and our carers really enjoy supporting your mum with her care needs. We were very glad to discover Bluebird Care Waltham Forest this year when we needed them. My wife came out of hospital virtually immobile after treatment related to a chronic illness. I wanted help at different times with nursing and other care. The Bluebird carers who gave it were kind, friendly and professional. They were also flexible, adapting to daily circumstances and happy even to do domestic chores. The efficient and kind manager that we dealt with always understood when arrangements needed to be changed and made that happen. My wife’s mobility is now almost back to normal. It’s a comfort to know Bluebird Care is there if we need them again.

My parents have used the service for a couple of years.
Evening visit to heat and serve a meal and drink and to have a chat.
It has been reassuring to know that someone is checking in on them.
The app is also handy as I can check on visits/reports.

Anytime we have had to contact the office, queries have always been dealt with professionally.

Bluebird Care were always good, punctual, the staff were caring, friendly, kind.
Always happy to chat with Mum and have a little laugh if Mum was up for it.
They often went above and beyond the call of duty, very good service.

You can pick holes in everything but the care Mum got with Bluebird compared with the care she received when she came out of hospital provided by another firm, there was no resemblance, they were awful. Made us realise how good Bluebird are.

My husband who has dementia was not able to be left alone anymore and for me to be able to work I engaged the services of Bluebird Care. They have provided the most excellent care with the carers they provided especially the 2 carers that were involved. My husband was very happy when they were with him although he didn't sometimes show it. They gave me confidence at work knowing he was being so well cared for. I thoroughly recommend Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Waltham Forest runs so efficiently. They should be really proud of how they operate. All the managers/staff at the office are so kind and lovely to deal with

and really understanding of your needs as a family, but most importantly the client's needs, which is so refreshing! It's a care company/provider who really does care and takes pride in their jobs. The carers so far have been lovely and always turn up on time etc and any problems they let you know. Other care companies could learn a lot from Bluebird and me and my father are grateful for Bluebird, Waltham Forest.

I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since, but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills, but I have learned much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work in the back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it is more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.
