Anoop holds a BSc in Business Information Technology. She has worked with the Youth Service for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for 6 years as an HR manager.
Her background in working with young people, including those with significant care needs, has inspired her to work with people with a wide range of care needs and to open Bluebird Care (Greenwich) in March 2012. She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high-quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.
I have been working in care for most of my adult life, and I have never felt so rewarded. Having the ability to care for people in their own homes really helps me to go home with a smile on my face every day.
Since joining Bluebird Care as a Care Coordinator back in 2019, I have progressed to becoming a Registered Care Manager. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have been given and feel blessed to know that I will be supporting many more people to remain independent in their own homes!
I started my journey with Bluebird Care in March 2023 as a Care Assistant. I felt it was a natural progression for me from having worked in customer service for many years, I wanted to move into working for my local community helping others. I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know their stories and life history. The main enjoyment is that every day we improve someone’s life and see the impact of our hard work, that why it’s so rewarding.
I have been promoted to Care Supervisor, and this is also very rewarding, meeting prospective new customers and developing their care plans.
Leticia joined Bluebird Care in 2023 as a Care Assistant but quickly became a Care Supervisor. Leticia visits new customers to understand their needs and identify how we can best support them. She creates detailed, person-centred care plans to guide carers in delivering safe, effective, and personalised support. Leticia also works out in the field, carrying out supervisions, offering guidance, and ensuring carers feel supported while following procedures and each customer’s care plan. She regularly checks in with customers to monitor their satisfaction and look for opportunities to enhance their care experience.
Irene joined Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant in 2025 and quickly became our Care Supervisor. She supports carers in the field through regular supervisions, ensuring they feel confident, follow procedures, and consistently implement care plans. She also meets with new customers to assess their individual needs and develops comprehensive care plans that provide carers with clear guidance on delivering personalised and high-quality care. Additionally, Irene carries out regular customer reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas where our service can be improved.
Terri started her journey with Bluebird Care in February 2021 as a care assistant. She has changed roles and been a Supervisor and Coordinator, but is now Marketing Executive across 3 branches.
Terri manages our social media presence, ensuring Bluebird Care is effectively showcased online. She attends events to network and promote our services, engaging with customers directly and encouraging their participation to strengthen relationships and raise awareness of the support we provide.
Jaspreet joined Bluebird Care in 2023 as an Accounts Assistant.
Jaspreet ensures that carers are paid accurately and on time. She manages the preparation and sending of invoices to customers and handles any queries related to payments or billing, ensuring smooth financial operations within the business.
I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills but I have learnt much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it is more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.
