My carer helped me with personal care to wash and dress and also prepared me with something to eat and drink and leaving me with a flask of drink. She was always very pleasant and here at the same time. All in all a good experience at a time of need.

Over the past 12 months, we always found the carers friendly, respectful and pleasant. They understood Mums needs (and her funny ways) and arrived within the allocated time slot.
Unfortunately, Mum is now in a Care Home and misses her carers and the support they gave her.

My mother was a very independent 91-year-old living alone with a spell in hospital. On returning home, she needed carers to assist her three times per day. I employed TLC Home Care Solutions Ltd and I couldn't have found a more professional, caring team. All the staff are genuinely lovely and deal with my mother's daily needs with dignity and respect. They tailor her care to her personal needs whilst allowing her to improve her independence. She looks forward to their visits and nothing is too much trouble. We are extremely happy with the service provided by TLC. The carers are very friendly and my husband is very happy as they talk to him about music and the TV. The house is always left very tidy and I am very happy to leave my husband in their care. Also, TLC are very helpful in an emergency such as when I had to go to hospital early one morning and they looked after him until I returned.

The service provided has been excellent. The staff are friendly and respectful. My mother is kept well informed regarding the schedule and any changes that arise due to unexpected circumstances. The management is efficient while offering a truly personal service. It is most reassuring to know the day to day support for my mother is in good hands.
The agency has been flexible in accommodating some changes of times when my mother goes to church and carers have also escorted her to appointments.
The manager is very approachable. She takes a personal interest to ensure the care is individually tailored and as well as contacting my mother regularly also keeps me informed and seeks my views when appropriate.
The care provided has given us peace of mind. This has been crucial given that I (and my sister) both live a distance away.

The owner always accompanies any new carer to introduce her and explain their duties. The carers write in a book what they have done so that the next carer knows any needs. For example, if one puts the washing machine on the next one hangs it up! They are happy to do any special tasks such as taking down Christmas decorations. I really enjoy their company and can thoroughly recommend the service.

My father passed away in December 2017. I cannot thank the team at TLC Home Care Solutions enough. They supported us through his final days and after. They were kind, considerate and gave my father respect at all times despite his deteriorating condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them and if anyone is looking for care for themselves or a relative I would even go as far to say I don't think you would find better care and attention from anyone else!

I can't recommend the owner and her staff enough. Not only have they looked after my mum well but they have provided advice and guidance which has been very useful. My mum was recently ill whilst I was away and the agency went out of their way to look after her, contacting her doctor and even staying overnight to make sure she was ok. This was a huge weight off my mind. Thank you for all your help.

She is qualified with a Level 5 diploma in Health and Social care and has over 30 years experience in the industry.
Carolyn currently employs 16 members of staff and has a growing client base.
Carolyn's ethos is be the difference you want to see, along with a person centered approach which is at the heart of the business and adopted by all the team.
Carolyn's ultimate goal is providing excellent person centred care which is safe, responsive, effective and caring and also tailored to each clients individual needs.
Alan supports some of our clients in the community and has a few regular longstanding clients who he supports with weekly companionship visits.
Charley is based in the TLC office and assists with all our daily admin and also manages all our socials accounts.
Charley has undertaken all our mandatory care based training and shadowed experienced carers and she loves going out to clients alongside her admin duties and being hands on as well.
Linda has been a member of the TLC team since July 2017 making her our longest standing member of the team. Prior to joining TLC, Linda has worked in health and social care totalling over 20 years of experience and wealth of knowledge in the sector.
Kayleigh joined the TLC team in October 2024. Kayleigh has previously worked in the health and social care sector. Kayleigh is a very well-liked member of the team by both her colleagues and our clients
Georgia joined the TLC team in September 2021 with previous care experience. Georgia has undertaken additional training mainly within the behavioural and psychological sectors which is also of great interest to Georgia.
Michelle became a member of our team in 2021.
