Outstanding help and care by the Manager and her team. A very friendly and reliable service. Very caring and my mum thinks of them as her friends, not her carers. They chat with mum and make sure she has food and drink available.

TLC Home Care Solutions first stepped in when my mum needed a bit of extra help with personal care, housework and mobility and then stepped up to four calls a day after a hospital admission. The carers are all kind and friendly, always striving to get the right balance between helping and supporting independence. Communication and feedback with me were always timely and the manager was supportive in problem-solving and making suggestions to improve things for Mum. The whole team was flexible and responsive to the changing situation. Sadly after another hospital admission, Mum has now needed to move to residential care. I am now missing TLC who were alongside in supporting my mum as her needs increased - I highly recommend the service and thank all the team for their kindness and care.

TLC are so professional and treats my mum in a dignified manner. Mum was very nervous to have a shower with someone else present, but TLC made her feel comfortable and at ease. I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them to everyone.

TLC Home Care Solutions provided excellent home care for my aunty who has dementia. She looked forward to her daily visits from her carer who helped her with a range of tasks including tidying, laundry, meal preparation, administering medicine and pet care. They were attentive and really took care of her health and wellbeing. It gave us peace of mind as a family to know that a hot meal was served and meds were given. The family app is brilliant as it provided us with a daily report of the visit and flagged any areas of concern. Communication between the manager and myself had been excellent from the very start. My aunty recently needed to move into a Care Home to receive the 24/7 care she needs but I can highly recommend this care agency. Thank you TLC Home Care Solutions for everything.

Excellent and very reliable service provided at affordable rates. The owner is always available to discuss service levels and any issues arising. The service provided by the staff is very thorough and friendly which helps in maintaining good spirits. TLC staff oversee medication being taken regularly and appropriately and provide high-level support for other personal needs. Very highly recommended.

I feel blessed that my mum's carers are TLC Homecare Solutions. They have been providing her with personal care for a few years now, plus help me out with befriending visits and calls when I go on holiday. All staff are lovely and highly trained.

TLC Home Care Solutions have been carers for my 96-year-old mother since her discharge from a spell in hospital almost two years ago. Our family cannot speak too highly of the service they offer. The carers are exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and they have become her friends with Mum looking forward to their morning visits. They are caring, empathic, professional and punctual. During covid, precautions were and are, followed to the letter. Highly recommended.

TLC Home Care Solutions provided a carer for my Mum (96) and Dad (95) at their home in Bexley. The service was incredibly valuable as it allowed them to stay in their own home, which was very important to them. Dad's initial reluctance to reach out for help was soon replaced by looking forward to the carer's visit. TLC provided a huge sense of relief to the rest of the family, as we knew that everyday there was someone going in to check on a fiercely independent couple. Without that care, it would not have been possible for Mum and Dad to have stayed at home. All the staff that we met at TLC were incredibly caring and their experience in dealing with elderly people's reactions to care were invaluable to us. I can thoroughly recommend the company in every aspect that we experienced.

We used TLC Home Care Solutions for several months to ensure our Mother, who has Dementia, had a hot meal and had taken her daily medication. Our Mother was very reluctant to have a stranger in her home and at times this must have been challenging for the carers. Our Mother enjoyed chatting over a cuppa and eventually even let the Carer do a spot of housework. The Manager was excellent and kept us informed of any concerns. The App is a brilliant tool. The Carer completes an online report of their visit. This is also monitored by the Manager, who will report any concerns. Our Mother has now moved into a Care Home to receive the constant care she now requires due to her confusion and advancing Dementia. We were very happy with the service and employees of this company and would definitely recommend them.

This care company have been absolutely amazing in the way they look after and care for my ninety-three-year-old aunt. I live over one hundred and fifty miles away, and TLC Home Care Solutions Ltd have taken away any worries and concerns that I had about my aunt being on her own in her flat. She has three visits a day, seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year. Extra visits have been provided for shopping and cleaning. They support her with everything. They obviously enjoy their work as they are all so cheerful, friendly and my aunt now sees them as her family. She looks forward to them coming and really enjoys their visits. They know her so well even to the point of spotting when a water infection might be on the horizon. My aunt's electricity all went off one evening recently, and the care manager stepped in and contacted the relevant people and had the situation sorted out immediately. Their sole concern is the safety, welfare and happiness of my aunt. This company is the best care provider I have known, and our family are very grateful.

Since my mother passed away recently, my father has been suffering from ongoing health problems, and he has really appreciated the support given to him and a friendly face to listen to him and give him practical advice. I would personally like to thank this agency for the care they have shown to my parents, it has been comfort to know they have been so well cared for and have alerted me with any concerns they have about them.

I really appreciated the advice and help given to me as well as my father, and wish TLC had been around when my mother was alive, as I think they would have made her last years more pleasant for all three of us.

We moved to TLC after having a few issues with another company and I only wish I had known about them sooner! The owner is hands-on and came to meet Mum and me at very short notice. She gave me several suggestions for things that would help make Mum's life easier and then provided a lovely daily carer for Mum - somebody who Mum respected and liked. This company are extremely well organised - both providing me with a weekly timetable of visit times and efficiently using an app called Birdie. The owner looks at all the Birdie updates and calls me if there is anything that she thinks I should know. Impressive! This is certainly a company that actually cares about their clients and puts their safety and welfare first. Thank you.

This company has been giving excellent care to my mother now for about 2 years. We have experienced care provided by the council and it was not satisfactory. From the initial introduction, ongoing communication through what has been a difficult time for the care sector, the standard of care has been exemplary. The kindness offered and the high standard of care is something we are so grateful for. We have been able to access both foot care, hairdressers which is not easy when housebound. I would recommend this company to others. But as a small company, I know they will only accept new clients if they can manage to offer the same good service. It about cares not money. Isn’t that what we all want for our loved ones.

TLC looked after my mother when her NHS arranged Reablement period finished. The company who provided care during that period were poor and I was uncertain about how a private company would perform, but TLC was a huge improvement. The carers who looked after mum were excellent, taking a genuine interest in my mother, made many invaluable suggestions on how I could help her better. The owner is also hands-on and involved closely with her clients. We would have really struggled without her help over the past nine months and I can't thank them enough. I would happily recommend TLC to anyone looking for a company which takes a real interest in their clients.
