The team recognises that organising care for yourself or a loved one may seem an overwhelming task at first. This is not an uncommon feeling and they aim to help you to feel that you are not alone. They understand the need for a reliable, affordable and experienced care provider. With this in mind, they are on hand to provide honest and transparent advice on all aspects of home-based care and support, and are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. Working closely with service users and family members, they provide flexible care arrangements to make sure that all needs are met comprehensively and sensitively.

WeCARE can help you with:

Meal preparation and nutrition guidance

Assistance with routine tasks

WeCare's team can provide as much or as little care and support as you would like, from assisting with weekly grocery shopping and domestic support to meeting more complex needs such as personal hygiene, moving & assisting, dressing, meal preparation, cooking and servicing, administering medication and working in partnership with other health professionals to manage your health and well-being.
