Care Angel Staffing who were providing home care support 3 times a day to my step mum stepped up at zero notice to provide 24/7 cover for my step mum after my dad who was her primary carer had a stroke and was taken to hospital. They kept this going until with a carer's assistance I was able to move my step mum into residential care. After that at my dad's request they have made daily companionship visits to the care home to help my step mum settle in and provide guidance on her care needs. They have been fabulous!
It can be quite daunting inviting carers into your home, but We Care Angels have made accepting help feel so easy. Since recieving support I have increased independence and more autonomy over the management of my long term health conditions. I would highly recommend.

They all have a good sense of humour and do not laugh too heartily at my very weak jokes I have bought a joke books to improve on the situation.
I have been using we care angels for nearly 1 year and I couldn't ask for better service. Without them I think the last year would have been impossible .not only have they been invaluable to my wife but they have helped me also by the interaction I have with them, because being a sole carer the contact I have with them is very valuable to me

I find the service very good. Please ensure that clients get time allocated and clients informed if carer is running early or late so to make things easier.
