Heartfelt Care only cared for my mum for 9 months. She was an incredibly independent lady and very reluctant to accept care. The team persevered and showed great kindness and involved her in her own care as much as possible allowing her to feel in control of her own life. It wasn't long before the carers
became her friends and she looked forward to their visits. They went above and beyond and management took great care in matching the right carer to meet mums needs. Many thanks to you all
Reply from Chris Bourke, Strategy Manager at Heartfelt Care Yeovil and SherborneThank you Ruth, it was a great pleasure looking after your mum, she is a lovely woman and we hope she has settled in well to her new surroundings.

I found Heartfelt Care Yeovil and Sherborne care to be very helpful with advice and suggestions of what care would be best suited. The carers were hardworking, friendly and helpful which gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much, greatly appreciated.

Their carers are excellent, however, their emergency care is rubbish. Twice recently my mother needed attention in the evening and both times they had nobody who could attend. Their suggestion was that we should contact the district nurses even though we contacted them well before 9.45 pm, which they
told us was the latest time they could take a call for someone to attend.
Reply from Chris Bourke, Director at Heartfelt Care Yeovil and SherborneAs we have confirmed to you in writing, we do not, and have never agreed to provide an emergency service, but we have always helped at short notice if we can. Thank you for rating our care staff 5 stars. We note that your mother has now asked us for an evening visit each day to ensure she is comfortable for bedtime, which is being arranged.

All carers were very professional and took good care of Mum, despite meeting some resistance in the first few weeks from Mum. Mum did comment favourably about one staff member in particular. The carers always turned up for appointments - occasionally a bit late.

We find Heartfelt Care Yeovil and Sherborne to be a very caring company. Fairly punctual in their visiting times and usually the carers go the extra mile with their care being very conscientious in looking after my mother-in-law.

Overall very pleased with the support supplied by Heartfelt. Carers have mostly been very good and arrived on time. Maybe, an inexperienced carer could please read the care plan and not listen to the client who has memory problems. I would like to sincerely thank the carers who during covid have carried
out their duties without fail. Also, the management for making sure a carer has always been available during these difficult times.
Reply from Chris Bourke, Strategy Manager at Heartfelt Care Yeovil and SherborneThank you for your kind comments, much appreciated. With your Mother being that bit further out from our usual coverage it is a shame we have to charge a little bit more for mileage.

With my elderly father living at home on his own, I think the biggest risk is falling over, this happened again recently and previously, the Heartfelt carer was first on the scene to help my father. Taking responsibility for the situation and knowing exactly what to do. The daily care provided by Heartfelt
enables my father to continue living in his familiar surroundings, confident that he has exactly the support he needs.

In the few weeks that the Heartfelt Care team looked after Dad, the care and attention given was amazing. They would always ask Dad if it was ok to wash and dress him or ask what he would like to eat, so he felt he still had control. The team would have a laugh and banter with him; which he enjoyed.
The team were also a big support to all of us as a family in Dad's last days. It was very reassuring for us that he was having the best care in his own home.

A very 'can do' and caring ethos exists with this company. All requests are cheerfully undertaken and generally care is above and beyond what might be expected. Their services have enabled my mother to remain in her home for as long as possible. Administration is also of a high professional standard.

My dad and indeed our whole family were treated with the utmost care, dignity and understanding at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and our own wishes were always adhered to. The carers were as punctual as possible, always kind and compassionate and treated my dad and his home with total respect.
Their impact at a most difficult time was invaluable to dad and our family. Thank you!

Thanks to Heartfelt Care, my mother was able to live independently in her own home for many more months than would otherwise had been the case. They handled various panics, as well as the routine tasks with skill and care. They have my thanks and gratitude and mum's too.

My experience has been one of pleasure. Every carer was most thoughtful and such a help when I was useless after my operation. Nothing was too much for them they had to sleep the night for the first fortnight which I taught some of them how to light a fire! Most cheerful and bright at all times. Although
I don't need the help now I miss them coming in every morning.

Heartfelt Care cared for my parents whilst they lived at home. My dad had dementia and my mum has Parkinson's Disease. The kindness shown by the carers and the understanding from the manager was amazing. The hour a day they spent at home each day meant that dad could stay at home as long as possible
before moving into full-time care and meant that mum could spend those precious months with him supported by people who she trusted.
It's very hard accepting help and allowing people to share your home and family. Heartfelt Care made it much easier.

We are extremely impressed by the care received by Heartfelt care. All the staff seem to really care about what they are doing. Like many elderly people, my friend gets lonely and the staff at Heartfelt always make time to have a chat with her. They seem willing to go the extra mile. We would not hesitate
to recommend them.

Always happy to help and accommodate our ever-changing situation. Feel confident that if we have a problem or something hasn't been done as we would like, that they will take it onboard and work with us to change it.
Mum has become very fond of some of the regular Carers, which has helped her wellbeing.
