I was extremely happy with the care provided for my mother by Heartfelt Care. The carers were very friendly and willing to do things as we wanted. Back in the office they were very helpful and did their utmost to give us carers at the times we wanted and were always willing to answer any queries. I
would certainly recommend Heartfelt Care.

My wife's brother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease four years ago and we have jointly attempted to support him. We employed a support service because we live 140 miles away but felt we were nuisances impeding their work. Moving to Heartfelt Care changes that and now they operate superbly in cooperation
with us. We wish we'd known about them four years ago

Morning care - All new for carers but extremely happy with everything done and the two carers.
Lunchtime - Everything going well except for some timing issues and please remember, no new carers without a first visit with one of the regulars.

Heartfelt Care were faced with a very challenging client in my father. Nevertheless, they demonstrated considerable adaptability and resourcefulness whilst developing good working relationships with both my father and other agencies and stakeholders.
