Blueberry Care and Nursing Services

The carers at Blueberry Care are exceptionally good - lovely people and excellent at the job. Mum comments that all her carers are good and nice. Mum has a regular team of carers that know her and her needs well. This provides good continuity. New carers being recruited are also of a high standard. There have been issues e.g. with the way new carers are introduced, the updating of care plans and office communication. However, we are in dialogue about these and the hands on care is the most important thing.

Claire (our carer) immediately made a connection with my Mum (and Dad), making the whole thing feel like my Mum simply had a new friend she now saw once a week. Claire is kind, patient, and treats my Mum with dignity and respect. They also have fun and a good laugh together which is amazing. Claire is reliable and punctual, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my Mum is safe. The same can be said for the people we liaise with in Blueberry's office. This support is also allowing my Dad some much needed time to himself to recharge his batteries so he too can provide the best help, support and love for my Mum during this incredibly tough time. I highly recommend Blueberry Care to anyone seeking help and support.

Very good all round do a great job looking after my partner plus step daughter also take step daughter to day centre and pick her up also while she is in day centre they look after my partner who has got dementia

Very happy with the night care services we are receiving for my husband. All of the night care assistants are professional and caring, this enables me to get a good nights sleep and rest with confidence to enable me to cope with looking after him during the day.

We have 2 carers taking care of my husband. They both treat him with kindness and respect, maintaining his dignity and supporting him where needed. They have a kind and compassionate nature and my husband is happy to have them around.

The carer has been compassionate and attentive and is always ready with a smile to help Mum to stay in her own home for as long as possible.

My family can't thank Blueberry Care enough for all their help and support over the last month especially!!! They have gone the extra mile to support us during a very difficult period and we don't know what we would have done without them.

As an only child and with a mum who has dementia, I would be lost without the wonderful care and support I receive from Blueberry Care and Nursing Services. I do my bit but if I am not around, I feel totally confident in everything that they do.

My mum has been a client of Blueberry Care for a number of years. The staff that care for her on a daily basis are wonderful, as are the office staff. She has had a different care company before Blueberry Care, but this is by far the best. The two staff she has each day can't do enough for her, making sure she is safe and well. The office staff are so helpful and if I need to change or cancel a call, they are happy to help.

Blueberry Care and Nursing Services provide excellent care for my mum. They come twice a day and are very caring, thorough and generally make life that bit easier. They are pleasant, kind and caring. All you could ask for really. We have been using them for four and a half years now.

The service, care and consideration of all staff are second to none. The professionalism is first class. Staff are now part of the family.

The carers are on time and do the job really well.

My mother-in-law's carer is always on time, friendly and efficient. She helps my mother-in-law to get ready for the day ahead, helping with breakfast and getting washed and dressed. The service that Blueberry Care provide gives us the peace of mind that all is well, that she is set up for the day and has everything she needs.

A very good experience through a very difficult time. The support was good as my wife grew weaker and weaker. The personal care was better than I could give. Always on time and the personnel we got were regular ones who we got to know well. Kindness was a feature of their care, well trained and knew their job.
