I have always found Blueberry Care to be very professional and reliable. We only have evening attendance once a week but they ensure that we have the same person. If not then we are informed as to who will be coming, a very good service.
Overall, we have had excellent service from both the carers onsite and the office staff. If we have had a request at short notice, it has been dealt with in a prompt and excellent manner. We have been very pleased with the service provided and cannot praise the staff enough.
The management are excellent, keeping it all going despite staff shortages at times. They are very responsive and helpful when contacted.
All-in-all a very pleasant and effective service.
My husband and I would just like to thank the staff at Blueberry Care and Nursing Services, they are so caring and when they finish their shifts they leave as friends. We are eternally grateful. Thank you for caring.
Thank you for your review, it is great to know our team had a positive impact on you and your family. All of us at Blueberry Care wish you the very best for the future.
Recommend this company to my friend and staff members.
5 star staff. Amazing work.
Very helpful, they make every effort to make my mum comfortable.
We would be lost without this service and member of staff.
I want to thank everyone for fighting to keep Dad in their care.
I am beyond sad that the local council see fit to give my dad to a different company because Kare Plus have struggled with staff illness! I might add that the level of professionalism did not in any way reflect on Dad's care and we knew nothing of the staffing difficulties. I think this speaks for itself!
Obviously, my Dad's mental well-being means nothing to the local council, if it did they would not be taking the carers away from Dad. The carers that cared so lovingly for my dying mum too!
Shame on our local council! Thank you Kare Plus!
Continuity of staff well known to the person that's being cared for.
The service from Kare Plus Cheshire from the very first communication has been excellent. All staff have been great. My mother is treated with care and dignity. We cannot praise them enough. We are very grateful for their support.
Our experience with Kare Plus has been excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. All the staff that we have had are great. My husband has been treated with care and dignity. I have also been well looked after and have been given time to myself which was so welcomed. Thank you to all the staff at Kare Plus for all the care over the last 3 months. It was much appreciated.
On the whole, I am completely satisfied with the service I receive, although on odd occasions there have been minor mishaps, such as very late assistance arriving without me being notified in advance.
This is a reliable and caring company.
Carers all so friendly and helpful and always on time.
On the whole excellent service. Most of the carers are very kind and considerate to my mother as she has dementia. There has been the odd occasion where I have been concerned or had reason to complain about a carer, but this is quite seldom. Therefore, I can say that myself and my family are happy with the service and care received by my mother from Kare Plus.
Polite and professional team. Good service and helpful with my father.
I have full trust in my carer, she anticipates my needs faster than I know I need them.
I am in a position where I will need different levels of care and hope Kare Plus will be able to help me.
The staff are friendly and caring.
My family and I cannot thank The Kare Plus team enough. The regular team of ladies were outstanding. They were professional ,dedicated and became part of the family. They were considerate, kind and compassionate. We cannot praise them enough and will be eternally grateful for their support during a very trying time.
The service is very good but as I have already mentioned, there is not enough time for shopping. I'd like to have a wider choice with supermarkets and cheaper goods, instead of the very expensive shops. The carers are nice and do excellent work.
Excellent.
The care I receive is excellent. The care staff are friendly, helpful and caring. Their manager works hard to arrange my care and can be turned to for advice.

Meet the Team (4)
I believe everyone has their own unique story of how they started in the healthcare industry; here’s mine.
My mother spent a period of time in a Care Home where I frequently visited her, always astonished by the quality of the care that was offered to her and the support of the staff that helped her during this time.
A little over a decade later, I find myself in a very fortunate position with an incredible group of people around me, providing care that the team and myself can be very proud of. My goal is to set the standard for all of those in the blueberry care team and have us provide the best quality care in our area.
So far, I am incredibly proud of all of the people whose bios are below, as well as our day-to-day carers and office staff and everything we have achieved together.
I'm Rachel and I have worked for Blueberry Care for almost 10 years, I look after Blueberry Care operations.
It was a big decision for me to return to work after a long career break with my children, but one that I am very happy with. My career with Blueberry Care started in accounts, now as the operations director I am extremely committed to our service provision to ensure we deliver Dignity, Integrity, Consistency and Excellence in everything we do.
It's a pleasure to work with such an amazing team that strives to provide the best possible service. I am always looking to improve the processes we have in place and welcome feedback from our clients and staff.
I am the Agency Manager here at Blueberry care
I am a people person with a fun-loving personality and caring nature.
I have driven the business forward by offering 1-2-1 care for our clients and their families, I find this extremely rewarding knowing that the team and I have added value and made a difference in their lives.
None of this would be possible without my amazing team of workers who deliver the very best of care, they are passionate full of empathy and experienced in complex care.
I am the Recruitment Resourcer here at Blueberry Care.
I joined the blueberry team 6 years ago.
I started as a care worker in the Alsager area and I really enjoyed my time out in the field but the opportunity arose to work in the office as the Recruitment Resourcer,
I am the first point of contact for anyone who wants to join our team and I love being able to support a new staff member through the process, I still get a buzz seeing a new recruit put on their uniform for the first time.
I wanted to work in the care sector to help support people living independently for as long as possible.
