Mum has a special relationship with her regular carer, who has discovered mums sense of humour and independent spirit.
Carers who call on Wednesday and Sunday can struggle to appreciate mums need to be in charge of things, so there is a possibility of clashes. Mum is reluctant to give up charge of
her stairlift! Usually these small disputes sort themselves out and ruffled feathers are soothed once mums regular carer arrives .

Been excellent care over the years. Friendly carers always willing to help. couldn't ask for a better service in providing the company I need so badly, always willing to take me to important appointments as I don't go out on my own anymore. I feel safe with zinnia care.

I would highly recommend Zinnia care to anyone. They looked after my dad with great care and respect every day. The staff were always helpful friendly and willing to listen and adapt whenever possible. I could not fault them in any way.
A special mention has to be given to two carers for their constant
support.

Zinnia Care is very very understanding of care needs. They have been amazing in meeting my needs and support. They have been very helpful on my journey. I would highly recommend their carers, they go above and beyond. I had a care package before and I can't believe this is what I was actually supposed
to be receiving. The best care and support, amazing, office is brilliant with adjustments and interpersonal skills. Brilliant.

I live in the US so 100% reliant on Zinnia Care to look after my mother and ensure her comfort and safety. Zinnia perform this task to a higher standard than I ever expected given how hard it is to look after my mother, with her health issues. They do this with great care, sensitivity and compassion
and I couldn't be happier. I trust them and know she could not be in better hands. In addition to this the area manager is in constant communication 7 days a week, which goes above and beyond and demonstrates what a first-class outfit this company is. I would not be able to sleep at night if it wasn't for Zinnia.

We’ve been very happy with all the care and communication with management and carers. They go above and beyond to ensure Mum is comfortable and Dad is always happy to see them. I can communicate anytime day or night, and they always update me with any concerns or medication needs. We’ve been using them
for two years with no problems at all!

I am very happy with the carers I have, they are very kind, helpful and I feel very safe with them. Always on time and phone if they are going to be late. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They work very hard. The on-field supervisor I deal with is excellent, always sorting things out and keeping
me informed.

The carers always are gentle with Mum and patient, they make sure she's washed and fed always. They do an excellent job! If there is a problem with anything they always let me know, e.g. if she hasn't felt well. Communication with management is excellent, always extremely helpful! And very supportive!
My mum says she is being looked after very well. My mum is happy so this makes me happy that she is in the best of hands!

My mum receives care from Zinnia twice a day and is quite the tricky client to deal with. Luckily The Field Care Supervisor oversees Mum and the carers who visit and has been such an amazing support to us. As Mum's condition evolves we often need to amend her care package and this is done very easily
and smoothly. I find the majority of the carers are very polite, and cheerful and try very hard to give mum the support she needs even when she is not making it easy for them. I very much appreciate her and her team of carers who have made a very difficult situation a lot easier to deal with.

My dad receives care from this company and how he is treated is absolutely disgraceful! The company says that they provide person-centred care and with the lack of training the staff have, it would surprise me if they knew what person-centred care was. How they neglect vulnerable people that require
help and support is sickening and distressing to witness. On multiple occasions, we have had to complain about the type of care my dad is currently receiving, due to carers coming in to “provide” care and falling asleep on the sofa or leaving him without dinner because they “didn’t have time”. It is absolutely disgusting and no individual should be treated like this.

Only given 1 star in order to be able to do a review. Our first experience of having carers in our home. I was caring for another dying relative at the time so needed their help with my frail father who required support with all aspects. Dismissed after 3 months as neglectful and night sitters repeatedly
fell asleep resulting in falls. Now we have good care with another company I look back now at the horrific video footage of care given by this organisation and cannot believe they have not been stopped trading. Left with legs hanging over bed barrier while carer on phone! Hindsight. Avoid avoid. Look at reviews. Demand good care. Don’t settle because you are new to using carers. There are proper carers out there.
