Have provided my mother with assistance washing, getting ready and putting to bed. The carers have been kind, friendly and patient.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that your mother is receiving such compassionate care and that our team has been able to support her with her washing and evening routine so effectively.
Patience and kindness are at the heart of what we do, and I will be sure to...
I am satisfied with the care I received and the carers are polite and caring and I am treated with dignity. I am happy to have them and the greet me with a conversation to check how I am and how I am feeling.
How they keep sp sp happy when they have such long hours to work is very praiseworthy.
Phone calls to management have greatly improved and are answered with obvious care and a real attempt to satisfy a client's needs. Phone calls to them are often sometime in being answered.
I received a care package from Nationwide for a number of weeks. Hugely disappointed and concerned at the poor standards of management, inconsistent care standards and poor time keeping. Management responses to complaints were poor, when they eventually deigned to reply. Carers are clearly pressured by management whose main motivation is profit and not quality care, which affects service and morale. Avoid at all costs.
Maira has been very efficient + caring of Anne, whenever she's visited. Apart from caring for Anne, I know that I can trust her to prepare our meals on her own + prepare everything for bedtime, including milk (warm for Anne) + and cold for me.
Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that Maira has provided such reliable and caring support for Anne, as well as assistance with household tasks. We take pride in our team's dedication and are pleased that Maira's efforts have met your expectations.
Staff are always friendly and helpful and my mom looks forward to them coming.
Al-Hamra, Yasmeen, Sandeep, Tahira, Sundas, Asia, Mopelopa, Salma, Frede and Susan have all taken care of my Mom and provided her with the support she needs.
Thank you all
Could not fault any of the carers who look after my husband - he is treated with dignity and nothing is too much trouble for them. He looks forward to their visits and they laugh and joke with him which he looks forward to daily. He is dyslexic and does not write or spell. He has agreed with all I have written down.
Sit outside our house filling in their hours. Better employed in the F1 pit lane doing fast tyre changes.
Turn up late for the teatime visit and suggest that the evening visit may not be required!
I am very pleased with the care my mother has received from all her carers. It's brilliant that we have regular carers that know my mum and me. The carers know the routine that Mum prefers and her likes and dislikes.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback.
Care fine - no problems.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback.
Disgusting behaviour from the staff in and out of the office, lie and hide things to cover their tracks. Abusive behaviour and lack of duty of care for clients. Also, treat the only few good carers like dirt, the rest of the carers need to change jobs because they have no care for others.
Service user for last four weeks, great professional carers. Always consistent with times so I know when to expect them each day. Respectful and courteous, they know my requirements exactly and always try to go above and beyond for me. Made me feel comfortable from the first day.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback.
When they have done the job for my wife I am happy for them to go.
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback.
I am generally satisfied with the service. However, as I am waiting for a hip consultation, I am bed or chair-bound. My carers have to move me from one to the other to wash, dress and use the toilet. Sometimes, this does make me feel as though I am being rushed, otherwise, very caring. I have gotten used to the carers as time has moved on, and I find them to be very understanding. I am happy for them to leave early.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback.
Thank you all.
My mother was offered care services as part of the Social Services Re enablement Programme, then subsequently, a second time after a hospital stay. She appreciated having the same carer twice per day on most days so that they built up a rapport with her. The carers were always very caring, eager to do things how Mum wanted, and in one carers own words, "care for my client as I would care for my own relative". On two occasions the carer found my Mum poorly on arrival and acted promptly by calling the ambulance and contacting me. The office staff were also very efficient whenever I had cause to speak to them and organised the care arrangements very effectively.
I'm happy with the care received.
I am pleased with the care my brother receives.
I am very happy with the service Nationwide is providing. My carers are friendly, especially my regular carer.
