Care One 2 One Ltd

Had 24/7 care for my mother (who has had a stroke) for a week, while on holiday with family. Carer got on extremely well with my ninety-six-year-old mother, no problems arose during period of care. Very happy.

I have been a service user for four and a half years and I am extremely happy with the service provided. The staff are caring, friendly, understanding, patient and professional. The visits are never rushed. The company whenever possible sends the same carer to ensure continuity of care. You can then build up a relationship with your regular carer. I would highly recommend Care One 2 One Ltd.

I've used Care One 2 One Ltd for about 5 years at first now and again and became regular fortnightly. My carer is caring, friendly, polite, helpful and helps me with anything I ask. I find her supportive, enthusiastic and have never felt judged, she never assumes just asks. I wish everyone who needs help would get it at this high standard, we recommended her to a friend and she now sees her weekly.

Care One 2 One Ltd, recommended to me by my sight support organisation, have a very comprehensive list of assistance in and out of the home. Including shopping and escorting. I have greatly appreciated their help.

Care One 2 One helps me with jobs I cannot do due to my severe mental health problems and physical disability. The company director is easy to talk to and is flexible. I have grown to trust her a lot and can talk to her about things while we are performing tasks. When I am unwell, she just does an hour to get the kitchen clean which is vital to me.

I saw your advertisement - the photograph of Care One 2 One Ltd was lovely and I had a lovely lady in charge who helped me greatly to church. Along came another lovely carer - I felt safe with them there. I believe this company should do well in Caerphilly, other companies rush - upset you, as soon as see them they've gone. We are indeed lucky to have this company. The young lady got my shopping - excellent. I don't see anyone for days on end but they help at all times. Please give this wonderful company a pat on the back.
