The team of carers from People Partners are all lovely people who not only looked after mum but became her friends. Even when mum's health declined, she was 100, the level of support was superb. I had absolute confidence in the level of care mum received and the excellent communication with me, ensuring that all mum's needs were catered for. Sadly mum has now passed away but she received top quality care from caring individuals during the final years of her life.

I found the carers that came to help me with my wife were all of an excellent standard being very helpful in all she needed and sociable with myself and other relatives they encountered during their visits, she doesn't take to people who she doesn't know very well but your carers made her feel so relaxed that this was not an issue. I would thoroughly recommend your company to anyone seeking home care for loved ones

My 91 year mum did not want anyone coming to her house to help but she wanted to stay at home! It was only through the patience and negotiating skills of Zoe and Lynne, who did the first visit at home to meet mum, that we were able to persuade her to have just one visit a week for shopping. A start they said and they were right! The carers, without exception, were kind, caring, patient and offered help and practical support to mum, with warmth and humour and even hugs, promoting independence whilst also keeping her safe. Visits increased over a couple of months to daily, until eventually we were about to go up to 3 hours per day. Mum's acceptance of this is testament to the many special qualities of the staff, both managerial and hands on carers. I would recommend People Partners without hesitation. Thank you!

People Partners have been caring for my dad for the last few years since my mum passed away (and they previously cared for her too). The team has always been brilliant with both of them, bringing a balance of care, friendship, and support when needed. My mum's dementia was severe in the latter stages of her life, and the team rallied around, supporting her and providing moral support for my dad. As the care service transitioned to my dad, it shifted to meet his needs. It really brightens his day when his carer visits his home to support him with whatever projects he has that week. I would highly recommend People Partners; they are a great team providing an excellent level of service.

Both my husband and I are very happy with the service provided for him. Although it was only for 5 days of respite care to allow me to take a well earned break, he was very impressed by the care and attention given to him by both the carers assigned to him. It was very good to be able to have a meeting (to be able to discuss his needs and show them what was what) with both carers prior to my break and also reassuring for my husband to meet them beforehand. I would have no qualms using their services again.

Peoples Partners have been looking after my 97 year old cousin over 2 years. The management team are very professional always available to keep me up to date the 4 carers a day were always punctual and did everything and more that we asked of them in a caring and friendly way, my cousin wasn't the easiest person to look after but the carers developed a nice relationship with her and there was mutual respect. PP is a professional company I would no hesitate to recommend.

I am pleased with the help I am getting. The girls are on time and do what I ask them. My meals are good and they clean etc, and hand out washing for me. I feel prices are high but service is good.

People Partners were there when I needed help for Mum and Dad. They are genuinely caring, reliable and efficient. Compared with other agencies they are definitely up there. I appreciate that they work very hard.

Sincere thanks to all at People Partners for their care and support of our mother. We appreciate that without their flexibility, professionalism and consideration it would not have been possible for our mother to live safely and happily in her own home for as long as she was able to, thanks to their frequent visits. That the deputy manager and her carers developed such a personal relationship with Mum and were there when it mattered meant a great deal to us and was a real reassurance.

Well, what can I say! An amazing and friendly team who treat my dad as if he were their own. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go above and beyond to provide a first-class service. I can rest assured knowing he is well cared for. He looks forward to seeing them and they are always happy to have a chat. We are very grateful for all their support and kindness and I don't know what we would do without them. Thank you all so much!
