My husband has used People Partners since April 2025 for respite care which has enabled me to have a well earned break. He has consistently had continuity with all the carers which helps to build up a relationship and they always arrive on time and do everything they are required to do yet still have time to spare for a chat. We have only ever needed respite care when I take a holiday but if we should ever need care on a daily basis in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use your services again.

I feel I was exceptionally lucky to find People Partners. The staff are lovely but very professional. They have always been exceptionally helpful and go the extra mile to fit in covering hospital appointments etc. Their client isn't always the easiest and they cope brilliantly.

Our experience of People Partners has been first class. It is our very elderly Mum's wish to be cared for at home with her Respect document always in our minds. Mum still has some capacity, so People Partners made a real effort to get to know her, what she likes, and understand what is important to her. They match carers accordingly, so there was always a good connection and Mum felt happy and comfortable. Reviews are carried out regularly to keep everything on track. Together we are very much a team with Mum's care needs at the heart of it all. Life and old age is far from predictable but broadly speaking we have been able to meet Mum's increasing needs in large part thanks to People Partners. They have provided extra or emergency cover at very often short notice and are always available to talk things through. They flag things up, make insightful suggestions and I always feel better and reassured after every interaction. They are calm and compassionate carers.

The team of carers from People Partners have been looking after my step-dad for four years. The care has always been excellent. Everyone has been kind, patient and willing to go the extra mile (sometimes literally in terms of hospital visits, etc). It has been massively reassuring to know that he is well looked after. Lynne in particular has been brilliant in keeping me up to date with things and with suggesting solutions to various health and practical problems that emerged over the years.

The team of carers from People Partners are all lovely people who not only looked after mum but became her friends. Even when mum's health declined, she was 100, the level of support was superb. I had absolute confidence in the level of care mum received and the excellent communication with me, ensuring that all mum's needs were catered for. Sadly mum has now passed away but she received top quality care from caring individuals during the final years of her life.

I found the carers that came to help me with my wife were all of an excellent standard being very helpful in all she needed and sociable with myself and other relatives they encountered during their visits, she doesn't take to people who she doesn't know very well but your carers made her feel so relaxed that this was not an issue. I would thoroughly recommend your company to anyone seeking home care for loved ones

My 91 year mum did not want anyone coming to her house to help but she wanted to stay at home! It was only through the patience and negotiating skills of Zoe and Lynne, who did the first visit at home to meet mum, that we were able to persuade her to have just one visit a week for shopping. A start they said and they were right! The carers, without exception, were kind, caring, patient and offered help and practical support to mum, with warmth and humour and even hugs, promoting independence whilst also keeping her safe. Visits increased over a couple of months to daily, until eventually we were about to go up to 3 hours per day. Mum's acceptance of this is testament to the many special qualities of the staff, both managerial and hands on carers. I would recommend People Partners without hesitation. Thank you!

People Partners have been caring for my dad for the last few years since my mum passed away (and they previously cared for her too). The team has always been brilliant with both of them, bringing a balance of care, friendship, and support when needed. My mum's dementia was severe in the latter stages of her life, and the team rallied around, supporting her and providing moral support for my dad. As the care service transitioned to my dad, it shifted to meet his needs. It really brightens his day when his carer visits his home to support him with whatever projects he has that week. I would highly recommend People Partners; they are a great team providing an excellent level of service.

Peoples Partners have been looking after my 97 year old cousin over 2 years. The management team are very professional always available to keep me up to date the 4 carers a day were always punctual and did everything and more that we asked of them in a caring and friendly way, my cousin wasn't the easiest person to look after but the carers developed a nice relationship with her and there was mutual respect. PP is a professional company I would no hesitate to recommend.

Excellent staff who are friendly, professional and supportive. I have every confidence that my dad is being very well looked after. People Partners really go the extra mile. Communication is excellent.

We are so grateful for the incredible care my grandma received from people partners, from the very beginning, they treated her with kindness and compassion. The caregivers were punctual and reliable. The management team was always so kind and flexible, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had, even on short notice. I am pleased with the help I am getting. The girls are on time and do what I ask them. My meals are good and they clean etc, and hand out washing for me. I feel prices are high but service is good.

People Partners were there when I needed help for Mum and Dad. They are genuinely caring, reliable and efficient. Compared with other agencies they are definitely up there. I appreciate that they work very hard.

Sincere thanks to all at People Partners for their care and support of our mother. We appreciate that without their flexibility, professionalism and consideration it would not have been possible for our mother to live safely and happily in her own home for as long as she was able to, thanks to their frequent visits. That the deputy manager and her carers developed such a personal relationship with Mum and were there when it mattered meant a great deal to us and was a real reassurance.

Well, what can I say! An amazing and friendly team who treat my dad as if he were their own. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go above and beyond to provide a first-class service. I can rest assured knowing he is well cared for. He looks forward to seeing them and they are always happy to have a chat. We are very grateful for all their support and kindness and I don't know what we would do without them. Thank you all so much!
