It was a pleasure to have them looking after me having a knee replacement. No matter what time you have your appointments, there is always a cheery face to care for you! What else can you ask for, all I can say - thank you!
Thank you so much for leaving such a lovely review, we are so glad that morning to evening our carers always have a smile on their face. Wishing you all the best with your new knee replacement!
Very happy with the care my husband is receiving from People Partners, the concern for his well-being is very good indeed.

Very happy with the service I receive, the kindness and consideration is faultless, grateful for the help I receive allowing me to stay at home, thank you.

People Partners have been the most fantastic support for my grandma and my family over the years. Always keeping us updated, giving great advice and always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. The way they care, the way they treated her as if she were a member of their own family, the dedication to the job, professionalism and care are second to none. I would recommend People Partners to anyone I know.
Thank you for a lovely review, we are so pleased to have been able to support all of your family through this time.
Also, we seem to have settled into a pattern with the same group of 4 or 5 carers each week. Mum gets along with all of them and I know that she takes comfort from seeing the usual faces each time. She doesn't cope too well when new people come along.
Thank you for leaving such a lovely review, we are so pleased we are able to support you all for the best outcomes for your mum.
Excellent service, very cheerful and inspiring happiness, never let me down, nothing ever too much for them. I regard my main carers as friends. Although the cost is high it is worth it to stay in my own home, and certainly less than it would cost me to stay in a residential home, I would have to sell my house to finance that!
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, we are so happy to be able to support you to remain living independently in your own home.
The care staff were patient and kind with Dad, taking their time to learn more about him and his care. Dad now looks forward to their visits and we are comfortable knowing Dad is cared for with kindness and humour he deserves. Thank you.
Thank you for leaving a lovely review, we are so pleased we have been able to support your dad with a team of regular carers to alleviate any worries. It is our pleasure to provide the care.
What can I say about this care company – absolutely fantastic! From the management to all their carers, they are amazing. They have cared for mum for over 3 years doing anything and everything to make her life, and mine, as enjoyable as possible. They have all used their individual talents to benefit mum. They cared for her until she passed away, often staying beyond their time because they didn’t want to leave her. They always communicated any concerns promptly, are kind and patient and always at the end of the phone if I needed advice. I have never met a more compassionate, caring group of people who truly care for their clients. They were not only mum’s carers but became our friends with their loving support for our family.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a lovely review. We are so happy we have been able to support you all.
My mum has Alzheimer's and after 18 months of my care and a sudden decline, a care package is now needed. Mum has good days and bad but tonight I met mum's carer. She is so lovely I instantly felt comfy and relaxed with her. I've seen the bond mum and the carer have already just after 6 days of care. Amazing carer, thank you and the people partners team.
People Partners have been fantastic since day one but even more so when I came out of hospital after a bad fall. They put in all the care I needed as soon as I came home and a month on, with their support I am back on my feet as I was before, they have given me back my independence. Every single carer is friendly and helpful, always asking if there is anymore that they can do. They really would do anything to help and we always have a good chat before they leave. They take an interest in me. I love them all.
Communication between carers and myself is brilliant. The support given to both Mum and Dad has been superb. We are able to relax more, knowing that Mum and Dad's needs are met.
After being ripped off by care companies in the past, due to my mother's care, I was reluctant to have anyone to help care for my husband. The care was always well below standard. The cost was far too expensive for what had been given. I was so worn out and drained after caring for my husband. The family stepped in and found Kare Plus. What a wonderful, caring lot they are. The price and the care are all second to none. Their timekeeping, trustworthiness is perfect. First class company.
Very satisfied with the services provided, whether weekly assistance or sitting duties. Always on time but any delay they will call ahead to inform us. Friendly staff, always chatting and making sure everything is okay.
My wife has dementia and has to be treated as one would do a recalcitrant small child. This is what is provided by Kare Plus.
Everything is OK, but not much to do. I am rather independent.
Continuity and communication are so important and are met every time. In her words "best thing about the carers who come in is they care".
