It is very hard to score since, as with many things related to client/people care, there are always variables. Generally, I am more than happy and satisfied with the care and at times I feel that carers go that 'extra mile' - might be part of the package, but it comes across as such. There will always
be exceptions but the positives certainly outweigh the negatives.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. The girls are so cheerful and helpful. They helped my neighbour last year after he came out of hospital due to a fall. He was really low but the girls encouraged him every day to do his exercises and he is walking again when everyone thought he would give up! Can't recommend
enough and they send out newsletters and post on Facebook to keep everyone up to date.

Compassionate Care cared for my dear aunt for over a year before she sadly made the difficult decision to move to a nursing home. It is to the credit of the whole team that she was able to stay at home as long as she was. As with many families, we have lots of commitments and do not live as close as
we would like to. Thanks to the delightful care workers our aunt felt safe and cared for.

I wanted to take a minute to say thanks for the excellent care my dad has received from all the team at Compassionate Care. My dad is not the 'easiest' man to look after - he has very strong opinions and is very stubborn! We were so worried that my dad would refuse all care but the team have been so
great and the management have responded to all our suggestions.
My sisters, me and my dad are always informed of any issues and the team work with us to find solutions that are best for my dad.
He loves the carers visiting now and we can finally have a good nights sleep!
