Mum has carers twice a week to help her shower and wash her hair. They are always caring and efficient in a particularly challenging year.

Thank you - it’s early days but Mum is very happy with the carers - the office have been very helpful and responsive to enquiries. And we have peace of mind that Mum is safer, supported and less isolated.

My mum has been cared for by Compassionate Care for well over a year. They have been brilliant with her despite her worsening condition. Nothing has been too much for them. At the drop of a hat, we have added days and times. Not a problem. Mum is happy in their care. Cannot fault their professionalism. Very friendly. Always keep relatives informed.

It is very hard to score since, as with many things related to client/people care, there are always variables. Generally, I am more than happy and satisfied with the care and at times I feel that carers go that 'extra mile' - might be part of the package, but it comes across as such. There will always be exceptions but the positives certainly outweigh the negatives.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. The girls are so cheerful and helpful. They helped my neighbour last year after he came out of hospital due to a fall. He was really low but the girls encouraged him every day to do his exercises and he is walking again when everyone thought he would give up! Can't recommend enough and they send out newsletters and post on Facebook to keep everyone up to date.

Lovely kind staff and no job is too much. Can’t thanks them enough for all the help they have given to mum.

Compassionate Care cared for my dear aunt for over a year before she sadly made the difficult decision to move to a nursing home. It is to the credit of the whole team that she was able to stay at home as long as she was. As with many families, we have lots of commitments and do not live as close as we would like to. Thanks to the delightful care workers our aunt felt safe and cared for.

He loves the carers visiting now and we can finally have a good nights sleep!
