The care given has been outstanding. The carers are so delighted to please and no request is too much trouble.
Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted to be able to provide you with support and care and our team enjoy their visits to you.
The care Windrush has provided has been second to none. All of the carers have been absolutely lovely, timely and professional. They provided full time care for my mother for my wedding and it was seamless. I can't recommend them enough.
Thank you for your kind review. It has been a pleasure looking after your mother and we look forward to supporting her next time she visits you.
Since taking on Windrush to care for my mother at home, I have nothing but praise for the whole team. Initially, we had another agency looking after Mum but the service, level of care, attitude and lack of customer care led us thankfully to Windrush, I only wished we found them first!
I feel relaxed in the knowledge that Mum is well looked after, which allows me in turn to be able to have a relatively normal family life. Not worrying about whether her needs are being looked after is a huge relief.
The whole team are very professional, communication excellent, I couldn’t be happier. Most importantly Mum is in good hands.
Keep up the good work.
Thank you for your kind comments, much appreciated. I'll make sure all the team know - they enjoy their visits. We are delighted to be able to provide care and support for your mother.
Windrush Care have been very helpful and able to accommodate to my changing needs. The carers are friendly and professional and responsive to my daily requirements.
Thank you for your kind comments. We are delighted to be able to support you and our carers really enjoy their visits. I look forward to our review meeting shortly.
Irregular changes of personnel disrupted the development of understanding and continuity in the provision of care.
The general quality of the service failed to justify the above average fees and additional charges.
When we met you in the hospital, we knew you at first didn’t want to receive any care at home, though this was a requirement for your discharge, so the transition was a...
Ladies very caring, good humour and very willing.
Our team of carers always enjoy coming to see you and tell us how much they enjoy providing support for you.
We note you've marked a couple of areas as satisfactory.
We are looking forward to our regular review meeting next week and discussing with you how we can make this even better.
Kind regards. The Windrush Team
Wonderful service, so caring.
Thank you for your kind comments, it is a pleasure to be able to provide you with care and support.
Thanks to the caring staff and management of Windrush Care, I am able to live independently at home. I can rely on them to help me with my everyday needs and medication. They take me shopping when required which allows me to make my own choices and just as importantly, gets me out and about which otherwise would be impossible. After a very bad experience with a previous agency, it is a great comfort to know that if I need help, Windrush are only a phone call away to support me.
My carer and staff are very kind and caring, always willing to help with all my needs.
Professional at all times. Would definitely use them again.
Windrush Care provided exceptional care for my cousin. Really dedicated care plan with personal service, predominantly the same carer, allowing my cousin to feel truly attended to with detail and genuine care. Great response from wider office staff, allowing for any changes to be made and flexibility to bring our family the greatest support. Many thanks.
I am 81 years old and paraplegic since 1956 - 63 years old. I am widowed and live alone in my wheelchair adapted bungalow. My relatives live more than 150 miles away. I require hoisting in and out of bed to/from my wheelchair. Presently I only stay up for 2 hours each morning when 2 darers come for 2 hours to hoist me, prepare breakfast and give me a bed wash when necessary and do laundry etc. Each evening I have 1 carer for 1 hour to get my evening meal etc. The carers have become close friends. Windrush carers are well trained, me very caring and a kind family feel. I could not wish for better.

'I set up Windrush Care to provide top-quality home care in Gloucestershire. I have seen from first-hand experience looking after my father what a complex and difficult process it can be to find excellent private care. Our aim is to make it as simple as possible for those families that want to make their own choices for care at home and provide the real alternative to residential care that is right for so many people.
We know the importance of having the right care and the right carers - and the huge difference this can make to people’s lives, both those cared for and their families.
