The complete team from management to carers are well mannered, keen to please and be of assistance. They really care for their client.

For the two years before his death, my father was looked after in his home very competently with care and dignity by this company. There was good communication between the company and family.

Unfortunately, in early January my frailty worsened and I had to have 24hr care. The whole organisation is friendly and very well run.

1st class care for my mother who has dementia amongst other things. Her carers are more like friends which is essential for Mum. Always treated with respect and dignity but also willing to chat and laugh. Management is always on hand to talk about any problems or for advice and are friendly but professional.

Heritage Care at Home provided an excellent level of personal care for my mum. Herigate endeavour to send the same few carers where possible and mum was treated with dignity and understanding at all times by all the carers.

If unusually the carer was going to be late my mum was informed by phone and if as on one occasion, the carer couldn't come because she was waiting for an ambulance with a lady who had fallen in the night, another carer was sent. It gave me great confidence to know that if my mum was found in a similar situation, she would not be abandoned.

This is our first experience of care in the home and I cannot fault it.

It would be difficult to live at home without my carers. They look after me very well and I look forward to seeing them. Nothing is too much trouble.

Heritage Care got to know mum very well. They communicated very well with us, frequently went the 'extra mile' and supported us too through difficult times. They couldn't have tried any harder to make things work and keep her at home with her pets as she wanted. A very good personal service and kind staff.

I found all of the care team extremely good and kind. They all listened to me when I told them my worries. The people on the phone understood me and were very kind. I had help when I was in need of it. They understood when friends came to stay or to take me out. One could not wish for a better team. When I fell they all understood me going to another home for 3 weeks. Also when I was told I'd be better in another home. I can't thank every one, as I don't know where they all live but thanks to you all.

I have received care from this agency for over three years, it is a good local agency with a small team of trained carers. Since requiring 4 visits a day, with doubles for morning and evening, I have relied on a degree of flexibility to let me and/or my husband go out (concerts, cinemas, classes, meetings, meals etc). The agency goes out of it's way to assist me to live as independent a life as possible. Care on return from 2 hospital stays in the past year has been exemplary.

My family used Heritage Care at Home for several years, starting with just brief visits, building up to four times a day. It was very challenging for all of us in that my Mum was fiercely independent and determined not to accept help. Over three years the situation deteriorated with the difficulties of advancing dementia. The managers and staff at HCaH were wonderful and went way beyond their remit to try and overcome the daily challenges, making sure Mum was cared for properly. The key thing is that they actually care; it's not just a word, it's what they do. Because they care, they have gone out of their way to give as much support as they can and work with family, patient and authorities to make it all fit together in sometimes very difficult circumstances. They are a fabulous group of people, not just a care company.

My mother has dementia and her care plan is tailored to meet her needs and choices. The carers are always patient and give her time allowing her to be independent.

The carers are first class and always prepared to go the extra mile. I always feel I am being treated with dignity and respect. They are more like friends than carers! Management are careful to listen to my requirements and supply the right level of care.

I think the care is very good. I have a good relationship with all my carers. Always ready to help with anything, always ask if there is anything else I want or can help with before they go.
