were always pleasant and could not do enough for me. I looked forward to the visits.
When my daughter-in-law rang the office with any queries they were friendly and very supportive.
Unfortunately, in early January my frailty worsened and I had to have 24hr care. The whole organisation is friendly and very well run.

and if as on one occasion, the carer couldn't come because she was waiting for an ambulance with a lady who had fallen in the night, another carer was sent. It gave me great confidence to know that if my mum was found in a similar situation, she would not be abandoned.

I would not hesitate to recommend this care provider.

of advancing dementia. The managers and staff at HCaH were wonderful and went way beyond their remit to try and overcome the daily challenges, making sure Mum was cared for properly. The key thing is that they actually care; it's not just a word, it's what they do. Because they care, they have gone out of their way to give as much support as they can and work with family, patient and authorities to make it all fit together in sometimes very difficult circumstances. They are a fabulous group of people, not just a care company.
