Heritage Care at Home Ltd have been excellent with my mum who was reluctant to have care. Nothing is ever too much and they often go above and beyond. They have helped alleviate the pressure off me.

The Heritage Care at Home are amazing. The care, support and friendship is something that is so important to the family as well as the client. The standard is exceptional and nothing is too much for them. Having them with me when my mum was at end of life care is something I'll always thank them for.
I couldn't have managed without them. They are just wonderful.

My mum started to need care last summer and in September 2022 Heritage Care at Home took this on and the change in her has been amazing. She's brighter and being cared for at home. She feels she is still independent and this is down to caring staff who go above and beyond. Without a doubt, I'm know
my mum is getting the best care there is.

Heritage Care at Home cared for my father-in-law for approximately 18 months. The organisation was always reliable, approachable and professional sending weekly rotas and keeping it to a core group of carers. The carers treated him with respect and dignity. They were genuinely interested in him, his
interests and his concerns and his family. They supported him with meal planning and writing things in his communication book to aid his memory when he became ill. They went the extra mile to make him comfortable. During his time in hospital, the management contacted me on a regular basis for updates and were case planning for us a significant increase in care needs. When he passed away, I received a condolence card and they attended the funeral. I would recommend them.

We were very lucky to get Heritage Care at Home to care for our mum after hearing how good they are. The ladies that goes into Mum's help Mum with her daily needs with kindness and dignity, and nothing is ever too much trouble. She also goes to the day care centre two days a week which is excellent,
plenty of activities and delicious food it has been a real turning point for Mum. The whole Heritage Care at Home package for us is outstanding.

They are extremely reliable and communicate regularly. We have continuity, having the same carer every visit (except for days off). Management which is a key factor, is excellent too.

All the carers who visit Mum provide an excellent service. They always carry out their work efficiently and with great care. They are very friendly and always have time to talk to her; they treat her as a member of the family.
The management is professional and very well organised, as a family, we
are kept well informed.
Overall we are very pleased with the service provided by Heritage Care at Home.

Mum had a fall in December and was cared for and found by your wonderful staff. We were unsure if Mum would be able to return to independent living again, this was made possible by your caring staff who have enabled Mum to settle home and have encouraged her to resume her activities. Your staff are

The Golden memories Day Centre is a wonderful place as are all the staff who work there. The environment is just so homely and calm. Fantastic postcard wall, music always on and no TV. Meals are excellent and lovely, all sit around the table to eat. Plenty of activities and games to play and do. They
really get to know the person and the family - very easy to talk to and always there with good support and advice.

My aunt initially didn't like the idea of having carers but her team soon made her feel very special and were just like an extended family. They were very attentive to her requests and needs and had so much banter with her. They didn't hesitate to get in touch with me about any concerns they had regarding
my aunt, which I am very grateful for. They always left everywhere very neat and tidy after each visit, and all became her friends.

The carers that come to see Mum are all helpful polite and well trained. They deal with Mum's needs in a caring and efficient manner. Mum can be difficult to deal with at times but she always gets treated with respect and her needs are catered for. The management team are approachable and helpful. If

Heritage Care at Home Ltd have been supporting my mum now for just over a year. During this time the quality of care has remained consistently high. When the package was set up there were a number of things that we felt would be important. This included consistent regular staff, good communication and
a proactive approach including both encouragement to maintain independence balanced with supported care. I am pleased to say that this is exactly what she receives. On the rare occasion that we have had to raise an issue, this has been dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
I have and will continue to recommend this service to other people.

This is an exceptional company, unlike any others previously used for providing care for my father.
Their attention to detail is beyond the usual standard, you can tell that the infrastructure of the company is based on the right values - kindness and professionalism. I have had both the owners of
the company help us out at times, they are superb; they listen and always know what to do.
I live some distance away from my father and the sense of relief knowing he is being looked after like he was their own family is immense. We previously found other companies’ services very hit and miss often with no continuity of carers who would frequently change. Heritage routinely provides the same carers to look after my dad so they know him and his sometimes ‘stubborn’ personality. If anything is amiss I am always contacted as soon as possible and they work with me to address the problem.
The difference it has made to his spirit and well being has been huge, importantly it’s allowed him to retain his independence.

I find the care excellent the ladies are very caring and respectful and will do what you ask them to do for you and anything else they can do for you i.e. put a wash on, take the clothes out and put in the dryer. All told they are very caring.
