Although my wife only had the services of Bridgewater Home Care for the last few days of her end of life care, the carers that attended my wife were very attentive, caring and respective and very punctual. A real credit to Bridgewater Home Care.
Thank you for leaving such a lovely review. We are really pleased that the service our care specialists provided in your wife's final days of her life, made an impact that you were kind enough to review. We hope that you and your family are keeping well.
My mother has advanced dementia and is able to continue living at home as she always wanted to do, largely due to the excellent care she has received from the carers at Bridgewater. Bridgewater Home Care has looked after my mum for more than four years. The ladies are conscientious, caring and compassionate and frequently go the extra mile to make sure Mum is comfortable and well looked after. The safe working practices and procedures put in place by Bridgewater mean that I can feel confident Mum is in good hands.
Thank you so much for this lovely review which I know the team will be so happy to read. It is our privilege to help your wonderful mum remain independently in the home that she loves.
They also try to accommodate care around medical appointments and special events, where possible, which I much appreciated.
Any concerns (very few) we have had as a family are taken on board and rectified by the office/staff.
My mum has nothing but praise for the care she is given and looks forward to their visits. Overall really pleased with the service. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the service that we provide to your mum and that you feel that she is well cared for by our care team. I will pass on your lovely comments to her Care Specialists who I am sure will be delighted to know that your mum looks forward to their visits, I know they look forward to seeing her too.
I've had Bridgewater Home Care for about four years now to care for my mum. The care my mum has received has been fantastic. The girls are always pleasant and professional attending to all of Mum's needs. I know it says don't mention names but have to give a mention to one particular lady and her daughter whose positive attitude is just what Mum needs.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. It means so much to our care team to receive feedback from their clients and loved ones. We are delighted to be able to support your mum and it makes me proud to know that my team are meeting her individual care needs and that you are happy with the service that we provide.
I am well cared for. Some carers do a lot more than others but they are mostly very helpful. Some carers are better than others, putting the washer or dryer on. Generally, most people are very helpful and three particular female carers are exceptional.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this kind review. I am so pleased to hear that you are happy with the service that you are receiving and that you have found the carers to be helpful and that some carers are exceptional. I will pass on your comments to all the staff and lead carer....
Dad has been in hospital 15 times this year and when he is in hospital, mum (who has terminal cancer) cannot be left on her own. We barely get through covering the days without having to do nights also. So with this wonderful services, we can continue to work. Thank you.

Meet the Team (5)
I have been with Bridgewater Home Care since 2014, working in various different roles in the Warrington office. The whole team have always supported and encouraged me in each role.
I began my role as Registered Care Manager in 2021 and I look forward to supporting my own team with their own progression at Bridgewater Home Care, supporting my team and our valued clients.
Helen has been a part of the Bridgewater Family for many years, beginning as a Care Specialist, working as a Senior Care Specialist and now is part of our office team as Care Coordinator.
Milli joined our team in 2021 and has become an invaluable member of our team at Bridgewater Home Care Warrington.
As a family, we established Bridgewater Home Care because of our own personal experiences of care. We saw a real need for a quality, private home care service for vulnerable adults in the area, that treated people with dignity and worked around what they wanted as well as their immediate needs.
We are here to change the way in which care is provided and make a real positive impact on the quality of life of local people in the area.
I am extremely happy and appreciative that I have the opportunity to work in the local community, meeting some fantastic people and helping vulnerable adults in the community to maintain their independence with personalised and holistic care in their own homes.
We have a great team of enthusiastic, compassionate and nurturing Care Specialists who encourage, stimulate and assist our clients with an array of varied activities, from companionship and home help to personal care and live-in care.
You can feel confident that will be supported by our friendly and professional team throughout your journey – we are always here to help.
I joined Bridgewater Home Care (and the care industry) in 2020 after a career in the accountancy world. It was a big change of direction for me, but I love working alongside the Bridgewater Family and helping to deliver a service that means so much to those in our local communities.
