We were in desperate need of some help for my Aunt.
One of the managing directors and care manager were helpful right from my first call.
The care was arranged quickly and the care specialists are all wonderful.
Having on line access to the care plan is superb, enabling the family to see full updates
on her care.
The care manager, keeps us updated with any issues and always replies to any queries quickly. If she says she will call you back, she always does.
So glad we found this company for my Aunt and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We initially asked Bridgewater Home Care to start with some social visits for my mum, which over two years progressed to providing three times daily full care visits. Everyone was excellent throughout - the management team and all of the carers were kind and understanding, and took time to communicate
with us and with mum so that everyone was happy and confident in the arrangements. They were flexible and generous at helping at short notice, adjusting timetables to account for medical treatment, and adapting visits based on mum's needs. The fabulous team of carers made a real difference to mum, and to us, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for home care. Thank you to everyone.

Bridgewater Home Care provided care for my mum during her very quick decline due to aggressive cancer. They treated her and the whole family with kindness, respect, dignity and close attention to medical details, alerting us, when necessary, about when to involve medical staff. They responded to her
rapidly changing needs and helped the family to understand what to expect at each stage. Above all, my mum said that she felt safe with all the carers.

After having 15mths bad experience of a local authority recommended Care Company for Mum, thank goodness we found Bridgewater Care.
From my initial meeting with the registered care manager I could tell straight away that this was a company to be reckoned with & they have not disappointed at all.
The
last three months have removed so much of the stress that I was suffering, knowing that all of Mums needs are now being met & she is safely being looked after.
The Care Plan set up for Mum is fantastic & very flexible, their communication & organisation of everything is second to none and the Carers are absolutely wonderful & I cannot sing their praises enough.
They are everything you could wish for,
professional, very respectful & go out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of & if anything needs reporting do so immediately in order that family are informed.
I would recommend Bridgewater Care 100% ! & if I could award more stars I would.
Thank you again to all of you.

Wonderful care for my late father, from the day of first contact until the end of his life. I found the service to be flexible and they listened carefully to our needs, making the process of finding carers and putting together an appropriate care plan, much easier than I had expected. The manager, was
very helpful and gave good advice. She was friendly and supportive and went the extra mile to help. The carers were all lovely, friendly and caring, treating dad with respect and dignity. I very much appreciated the on line feedback and account of what had been done after each visit. Everything was transparent including the pricing. Thank you Bridgewater.

The director, the care manager and the team are incredible at a time in our lives when we really need them. Looking after mum - they took everything we couldn't do as a family, and give her the best and happiest days possible. Nothing is too difficult for them and we couldn't feel more comfortable with
them looking after her. Mum wasn't sure at first, but soon changed her opinion after meeting the carers - it's given us so much more confidence knowing mum's well looked after

We have now received care from Bridgwater for nearly three years. All staff have presented themselves in a professional manner and are always polite and courteous. The carers are very considerate to Dad's needs and never rush him. They make conversation with him and always listen to his stories, sometimes
more than once! But always take the time to listen as hearing for the first time!! Would wholly recommend Bridgewater to anyone.

Can highly recommend Bridgewater Home Care. Needed stress-free care after Mother had a long stay in hospital, with a severe change in needs.
Chose Bridgewater and they have delivered a first-class service. Carers are professional, punctual (or ring if they are late), and cheerful. Office staff are
responsive and flexible, on occasion changing visit times to help support me, as well as collecting medication, and slotting in extra calls. Mother had two regular carers who were extremely attentive, providing continuity of care so changes in her condition were flagged immediately. They made her as comfortable as possible, e.g. managing to wash her hair even though she was bedbound. She was always treated with respect and kindness, and as an individual.
The managers only employ the best. Their team of dedicated carers accomplish their tasks in the allotted time without rushing the client. The managers are "hands on" managers; there are no ivory towers! This agency really does care.

I A SO PLEASED. The last few weeks that the manager and her wonderful team has cared for my parents has been altogether an amazing experience. My parents forgot how to take their medication and the carers quickly noticed. They needed help organizing things at home and they so gently found a way to offer
a caring helping hand. The carers have even taken mum and dad to social events on their own time. I am very thankful for such a caring and professional team. I highly recommend them to anyone with elderly and vulnerable family members that need wonderful carers.

I am very happy with the responsible and caring attitude of the carers. They are happy to learn about different aspects of our house and adapt well to the situations here. They are generally very punctual and if they are going to be late, will usually inform us.I am happy with their understanding of our

At the initial meeting I was told that I would have 2-3 carers so I would get to know them. I see a lot more than that a lot of whom seem to be new so it makes it difficult to form a relationship.
Some of the carers (usually more experienced) go over and above to help, but some of the younger ones
don't appreciate the difficulties of Parkinson's Disease. Those that do understand are very good at knowing when I am "off" ad just get on with the tasks.

Reply from Diane Elebert-Morgan, Managing Director at Bridgewater Home Care (Bolton)

We have been expanding the team and training less experienced staff as we try to support more local people to stay at home and remain independent. The senior staff are already proficient in supporting our clients with Parkinson's disease. As a result of your input, we have now booked additional training for ALL staff which will take place over the next 3-4 weeks. Thank you for raising this, we always welcome feedback.

I have recently engaged with Bridgewater Home Care from Market Harborough to provide daily care and companionship for my elderly mother. The quality of service and care can only be described as outstanding. The management are respectful, polite and immediately put us at ease and within minutes you realise
that these people truly care about the people they provide support for. I had no hesitation in trusting this company with my Moms care. The carers that come to my Moms house are a credit to both themselves and their company. They treat my Mom with kindness, humour and respect. They treat my Mom as they would their own and you couldn't ask for anything better. The experience we have had with the company has enhanced my Moms life and provided myself with the comfort that my Mom is in excellent hands. Thank you all so much.

Chris and Kane are an amazing team. They are kind, caring and will go out of their way to support my dad who has vascular dementia. They provide him with meals, medication and companionship on a daily basis. They take him shopping, to the pub, coffee shop, bowling, swimming and have built an amazing
