Bridgewater Home Care has provided the most wonderful support not only for our mum but also for our dad and the rest of our family. The patience, care and empathy shown has been truly fantastic. The team have adapted to our parents' needs at short notice, constantly taking the time to discuss these changes each step of the way ensuring that we're involved in the decision making. The carers have gone above and beyond in looking after both our mum and dad, offering to do various jobs around the house in addition to tending to our mum's care needs. They have understood the challenges our dad has faced as her main carer and ensured that he has been equally supported. We were recommended Bridgewater Homecare by a friend. I am POA and a friend of the client, who had dementia and was approaching end of life care. K&M came out to perform an assessment of the client. They were kind, compassionate, thorough, and reassuring but yet professional. They talked us (myself and the client's spouse) through the process, assuring us that no request was too much trouble and ensuring they knew as much as possible about the client. Once the care package was in place, the staff were wonderful; they were prompt, attentive, polite and very caring to the client. They always asked the client's spouse if they required any other tasks or jobs performing. They made what was a very sad, and potentially distressing time, perfectly tolerable for us. The information provided on the app was useful for me as I was not on site. I would have no hesitation in using them again, should the need arise, nor in recommending them to other clients. All staff have been very good with my father. They arrive on time and stay for the full time booked. They offered to help him with his daily jobs and get him a drink and some food. He's very happy with them.

I am very pleased with the service provided to my elderly father by Bridgewater Home Care, they listen to your needs and provide a care plan to meet them. Changes are made to the care plan when requested by the family to improve the support they are providing, as my elderly father needs change this is done quickly and professionally. My elderly father is happy with the care he is receiving and we as a family are more then happy to recommend this service to friends and family.

My mum was very sceptical about having someone going in her home to clean, but knew she needed assistance. After checking reviews I approached Kirsty at Bridgewater, and explained what mum needed and wanted. Nicola has been fantastic and asks mum what she needs doing and also communicates with her throughout the visit. Mum has settled now and has Nicola every 2 weeks for 2hours. I can also check what has been done which I think is a very good idea. Thankyou so much Bridgewater Bolton for giving mum confidence in having help.

Her care includes exercise, lots of activities includes baking, puzzles, flower arranging.

Fantastic care provider who always put clients needs first. The carers show genuine care for mum. Their 24/7 helpline was a great support when needed. We would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

The only negative is the cost but I know Bridgewater spends a lot on training and support for staff, which tends to mean better service for the client.

Bridgewater Home Care have been providing care and support for my very elderly father for some time. I live some distance away so cannot visit him as regularly as I would like and his daily visits from regular carers are essential to support him in getting washed, dressed and preparing food. The team at Bridgewater are efficient and very helpful. When problems have arisen they have been extremely responsive and resolved them promptly. When my father experienced a series of medical problems recently they kept me updated with daily reports on how he had seemed when the carers visited, helped liaise with his GP and at my request also sent daily photos of the problem areas which we were also able to share directly with his GP. This made arranging home GP visits much more straightforward and helped avoid any need to take him to the local A&E for emergency treatment.

Excellent experience with the company since joining staff are great and helpful. Carers are brilliant. All listen to me. They are always bright, cheerful and talkative. Nothing is to much trouble.

When my mum came out of hospital after a fall. I had to consider getting extra help. It was a worrying time and I needed carers who would be reliable and turn up on time as i work full time. The care staff at Bridgewater are excellent and staff are caring, friendly, professional and very reliable and I feel that my mum is in safe hands. They are very efficient and go over and above to take care of my mum and always ask about my wellbeing - they even don't mind the dogs!

The carer comes on time to our home on a regular weekly basis. He is always on time and always has a smile on his face. My husband get on extremely well with the carer who has a kind and compassionate manner. The Bridgewater Care agency is always accomadating when I need to change or amend things. I was worried about starting a care package for my husband but I had nothing to worry about. I couldn't have chosen a better place to provide care to my very special husband.

I'm very pleased with Bridgewater Home Care's excellent service, which is always on a very high level standards. I can always rely on them and there is no problem if I have to reschedule my visit due to my hospital appointment.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can highly recomend Bridgewater Home Care to anyone who needs home care.

The office keep me updated at all times and do regular check-ins to ensure everything is ok with mums care.

Couldn't cope without them just amazing.
