been with Bridgewater for over 8 years, so they must be doing something right. I had use other care agencies before Bridgewater, but none of them compared to the help and support Bridgewater have given me.

Since my last review, around 3 years ago, I have had 5 army reunions one of them being in Germany, I had a five-day holiday in Tenerife while Bridgewater carers provided 24/7 support. A few months ago, I was myself rushed into hospital at very sort notice and had to spend 8 days in hospital recovering. Even with the sort notice the care company put 24/7 support within hours and told me not to worry. I was so grateful that I could concentrate on my recovery, when I did get back home the ca

to forge relationships. Bridgewater took time to understand mum's individual needs and in particular, their support around mum's 90th birthday party was instrumental in that being a very happy and successful occasion.

last three months have removed so much of the stress that I was suffering, knowing that all of Mums needs are now being met & she is safely being looked after.
The Care Plan set up for Mum is fantastic & very flexible, their communication & organisation of everything is second to none and the Carers are absolutely wonderful & I cannot sing their praises enough.
They are everything you could wish for,
professional, very respectful & go out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of & if anything needs reporting do so immediately in order that family are informed.
I would recommend Bridgewater Care 100% ! & if I could award more stars I would.

don't appreciate the difficulties of Parkinson's Disease. Those that do understand are very good at knowing when I am "off" ad just get on with the tasks.

at home before he died just as he wished and we loved the fact he thought he had a cook and was able to eat the food he loved the way he liked it. We enjoyed and were comforted by the diary of visits we were able to read and loved that Grandad was making friends with your team of carers who always seemed to have time to chat whilst keeping his home shipshape and attending to his personal and health needs.

this has enabled good and trusted relationships to build. They will try to introduce someone new with a regular team member which is really good practice from Bridgewater.
Due to my mum's complex health needs, they are adaptable in how she is supported and will assess each day as it comes. Always showing dignity, respect and continue to promote her independence.
They offer a person-centered approach, the management team are always approachable and I feel that they listen and always act upon our discussions.
We will discuss changes in the rota on both sides if needed and work together to reach a compromise.

really couldn't be happier!

and knowledge of what mum needed and wanted was exemplary. Each and every carer was her friend. The office staff were always amazingly responsive, calm and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dad had been. Staff were very professional at all times. Gave good handovers regarding Dad's condition and providing any medical advice I could discuss with GP. Staff treated Dad with respect and care. I always felt Dad was in safe hands.
