Bluebird has given me my life back. I am an only child caring for my Mum who is 2 hours away from me. It is so reassuring that they are on hand if there is a wobble and that Mum is seen regularly every day. The carers are kind and Mum loves chatting to them They have really got to know her and what is important to her about her life. They are very communicative with me and have given me great tips about what might help my Mum. I can always get hold of someone at the office and they know her too. I feel I can go to work and not worry, knowing that they are there for Mum. Mum is also happy with the visits. It is reassuring that she has a small team and has got to know them. They have taken time to know the important family members and it has been a pleasure to meet them when their visits coincide with ours.
Bluebird care is a well run caring care service. I have found them to be very helpful and obliging easily contactable when there is a problem even if it's out of hours. All the staff in the office are very helpful. My mother is housebound and is reliant on her care package which is regularly reviewed so that it can be personalised compassionate and responsive . The carers are very kind most of them really outstanding and highly skilled. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for care support for their loved one.
The whole team at Bluebird have been supportive in organising and maintaining my Mums care .At times it has been challenging for them but they have always acted professionally and with compassion . Excellent service ongoing from Bluebird. They are all very professional and have helped with my mum and her dementia. My only comment would be that I observed a member of your team "talking down" to her as if she was a child. I felt this was a bit demeaning Mum is hard of hearing without her hearing aids but perfectly lucid.

The caregivers are compassionate, attentive and always go the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being.
We have had many positive experiences. The most recent was when we had part of our kitchen ceiling came down. The carer set to and helped me clear the mess. Each carer has their own individual way to enhance my husband's care. This kind of personalised attention is what sets this agency apart.

Very good service and all of the carers who attended my wife were excellent. We only had to leave Bluebird care as it became clear as my wife's condition deteriorated that she needed full nursing care 24/7 in a nursing home.

Sophie was keen to find a company that shared the values she herself stands for; compassion, looking after staff and working to provide excellent customer service. She was thrilled when she came across Bluebird Care Portsmouth. Sharing these beliefs and values, Bluebird Care provides bespoke care and ensures customers' needs are the number one priority.
Sophie is a prime example of a Care Manager who has worked her way through the ranks. Originally a care coordinator, Care supervisor and then a business development officer, Sophie knows the care sector ins and outs. She is well respected by her staff and will ensure that your interest in care will be taken into account and respected. Sophie has QCF Level3 in Social health care and is now studying to complete her QCF level 5 in Health Care management.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys running and challenging herself, completing courses like Tough Mudder. We are sure that if you put any challenge in front of Sophie, she would gladly accept and conquer.
Jade is the first person you will meet when you choose Bluebird Care as your care provider. She is responsible for guiding you through the process of tailoring your care wishes and needs and she works very closely with our Care Assistants to ensure you get the best care possible. Jade has worked for Bluebird Care Portsmouth since 2016 as a Care Assistant but has since grown into our Care Supervisor in 2021.
Jade is extremely passionate about person-centred care and ensures each customer has a care plan tailored to their needs, which also enhances their personal ability and dignity.
