Bluebird are a great company, they help me to complete day to day tasks, while allowing me to keep my independence. They assist me with meal times are are very patient with me when I am struggling with my speech. I would recommend Bluebird to my family and friends, the staff are kind and always listen to me.

I also see the carers regularly so can chat with them if Mum's care plan needs changing, we also have a plan for in the future when and if it's necessary.

I have received services from Bluebird Care for a considerable length of time and still do. I have found them caring and reliable plus they remember from visit to visit what I need and want help with. They always check before leaving that I do not require any extra assistance with a task. I have recommended them to other people needing care and would do so again.

I am writing this new review as this company has gone greatly downhill. They lost so many staff recently, including both managers and care coordinators. This translated to overworked care workers, which caused more to leave. The quality of care went downhill very quickly. We were promised great things when a new manager came on board two years ago, and sadly this did not happen, in fact, it got worse. I fear the reputation this company once had has been permanently damaged. Such a shame.

It is also a comfort for me to know someone visits him regularly since I do not live close by.

My father received short-term care, due to declining care by the bluebird carers based in Grimsby. Excellent care was given. They were caring, kind and very professional in all departments. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for everything.

The care provided to me is excellent. My carers come morning and evening to do my medication and anything else I need help with. All carers are professional at all times, I am always contacted if my carer is running late - very rare. I'm kept informed of any changes to my care or carer, Covid precautions are adhered to at all times.

I didn't know what to expect but I was, and am, happy with the system.

My mum is happy overall with the carers, but the price is the only concern as she thinks it's expensive.

I could not have asked for a better experience since my partner has been home (December 2020). Every single member of staff have been amazing, delivered exceptional care and treated my partner with dignity and respect at all times. They have put everything into supporting my partner, myself and our children and nothing is ever too much. My father has received fantastic service from all of the carers who have visited over the last 3-months. They have all been very friendly, courteous and professional and have made suggestions to improve care for Dad. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they include family members in their friendly discussions. Thank you to all.

All the carers supplied by the Bluebird agency were reliable and demonstrated a high degree of empathy with the client. I felt that they went above and beyond as the client was very demanding and awkward.
