Our company charges slightly higher rates than others because we are very selective during our recruitment process to make sure suitable candidates are chosen. Our care staff receive the highest standard of training to make sure that the care given to our customers is continuous and of the highest quality. We also have specialist nurses on board, available if your circumstances do change and you do require their assistance which again leads to continuity of care. To do all of this and pay the care staff considerably above the minimum wage, the price for the care does need to be slightly higher than other providers.
