Overall Experience
I have no complaints about the carers they have all be excellent. The reason I have put satisfactory for the office staff is that they are changing times of the carers coming and not checking if that was alright, a phone call would have been nice.

It has been better this last 2 months September and October.

Overall Experience
I am very lucky to have wonderful girls who come to me and my care is excellent they will do anything to help me in any way and they are jolly which is a good thing because some people only speak to the carers all day.

I wish I had known about Bluebird when my husband was alive. I would recommend them to anyone.
