I enjoy the service I receive from my carers, they support me with day to day tasks. My main carer comes to visit me even when I have been admitted into hospital. I am very happy and lucky to have this type of support that I need.

Meet the Team (5)
Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford and Wapping.
Anoop started delivering homecare in the areas of Newham and Tower Hamlets to help support customers in the area to receive homecare and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Delivering the highest quality of homecare and support is Anoop’s absolute goal, and the team would be delighted to hear from anyone who is seeking homecare for themselves or for a loved one, or who would simply like to talk to someone about the services we provide.
Anoop holds a BSc in Business Information Technology. She had worked with the Youth Service for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for 6 years as an HR manager.
Her background in working with young people, including those with significant care needs, has inspired her to work with people with a wide range of care needs and ages. She is committed to ensuring that she provides a high-quality service to the individuals she works with and that the exacting standards of Bluebird Care, UKHCA and CQC are satisfied in full.
I have been working in care for most of my adult life, and I have never felt so rewarded. Having the ability to care for people in their own homes really helps me to go home with a smile on my face every day. Since joining Bluebird Care as a Care Coordinator back in 2019, I have progressed to becoming a Care Manager. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have been given and feel blessed to know that I will be supporting many more people to remain independent in their own homes!
Fortuna joined Bluebird Care Docklands, Stratford & Wapping in 2024 as a carer. She quickly became a member of the office team as Care Supervisor. Fortuna meets with new customers to assess their individual needs and determine the best ways to provide support. She develops thorough, personalised care plans to ensure carers can deliver safe and effective care. Fortuna also spends time in the field, supervising carers, providing guidance, and making sure they feel supported while following procedures and the customer’s care plan. She conducts regular customer check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify areas where the service can be improved.
Terri started her journey with Bluebird Care in February 2021 as a care assistant. She has changed roles and been a Supervisor and Coordinator, but is now a Marketing Executive across 3 branches.
Terri manages our social media presence, ensuring Bluebird Care is effectively showcased online. She attends events to network and promote our services, engaging with customers directly and encouraging their participation to strengthen relationships and raise awareness of the support we provide.
I’ve been working with Bluebird Care for a year and a half, since coming back from a long break after Maternity Leave. I love how supportive everyone is and how easy it is to work in a team with everyone here at Bluebird. I graduated with a Finance degree and have worked in Finance since, but this has to be my most enjoyable role. I came on board with a lot of Finance skills, but I have learned much about the care industry since and have found it particularly rewarding working in this sector - even though I work in the back office, I very much enjoy that I can do my bit to help our wonderful customers. I do believe that for everyone here, it is more than just a job - when you’re made to feel like an important and essential member of the team, it makes it even easier to go that extra mile.
