I joined Home Instead as a care professional in 2021 after working in a care home as a senior caregiver for almost 5 years. What appealed to me the most about Home Instead was their core values and the thought of being able to provide warm and thoughtful care to clients in their home.

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my role as a care professional and developed a great bond with each of my clients as well as learning new key skills.

I knew I wanted to develop my career within Home Instead and in 2022 I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to step into the role of Team Leader for Belfast, Bangor and North Down. This role has enabled me to support clients and their families from a different perspective as well as supporting and guiding our Care Professionals to provide the best standard of care possible to their clients.
