The carers are good they come on time and look professional in their uniform. They take good care of my mum washing her and dressing her. Feeding her porridge and changing her soiled pad. They clean her teeth and put them in.

I have recently been using the company for my disabled relative. The carers are very understanding and I'm very pleased with their level of care. They are friendly and patient and very understanding.

I was skeptical about getting my Mother's care help again because she was abused previously by her previous agency, but LANH professionals have been exceptionally warm and friendly and have kept their word about the standard of care they can Provide. My Mother never used to come downstairs but I think the women who look after her have helped me find a new confidence to take on daily challenges which I’m pleased about I would highly recommend them as an agency.

LANH have been caring for my mother since November 2023. She has 6 double up calls a day and she is hoisted on every call. The carers are very good and the senior carers are excellent. They are always cheerful and supportive and always very professional.

All carers are trustworthy. They are always communicating with my husband asking if everything is ok. Communication with the company and myself was bad in the beginning but now it's all sorted and I am being kept informed if carers are going to be late.

I cannot comment on value for money, as I have no involvement in this matter.

Very understanding around my mum's care needs and helpful. Good communication with my mum and myself to help address any problems from my mum's elderly condition and to help ensure she is living safely.

All the carers arrived promptly, they dealt with mum efficiently and they listened to mum's wishes for the day. They are always kind smiling and sympathetic with mum, and she is very well cared for by these ladies.
