Fantastic care home and people. Kind, compassionate and patient centred service. Would highly recommend to anyone. The staff can’t do enough to ensure not only the patient but also the immediate family feel part of a trusted support network.

The carers looked professional in their uniforms. They spoke politely and asked my friend what she would like for lunch giving her a choice. They chatted to us whilst getting on with their jobs. My friend was asked if she required anything else doing and she asked if the bed could be made up, the cares did this with no questions asked. It was nice to see some smiling faces and to see people who enjoy their work. My friend spilt a bit of food on her top and very casually without it being mentioned it was quickly and discreetly wiped away. Lovely girls a pleasure to have met them.

The service and level of care are fantastic I would not hesitate in recommending Ascot Care. As a family we have engaged with their services for a few months now, their staff are always professional, courteous and caring.

Outstanding care throughout. I can't thank this team enough for the care given to my mother. Nothing is ever a bother from any of the staff. The attention to my mother's personal hygiene and keeping her home clean is 10 out of 10 thank you all so much.

If it wasn't for the help from the care company and carer my wife would be having a more stressful time trying to care for me. The care component I receive is a load off my wife and she can relax even if it's just for a few hours a week.

Amazing staff, brilliant management, the carers are all amazing, best company I’ve ever been with and this was my third company. Really great at what they do so professional and caring the girls are definitely made for the job they do, great company throughout.

The review took place with my daughter and me. I was asked if everything was okay and if there were any problems. There are none. I was told that another review would take place in 6 months and if there were any problems I should ring the office.

Ascot provides an outstanding live-in service. We tried home care with another company and it didn’t work. Ascot implemented a live-in care package which has been superb and is far more cost-effective for us.

My carers have been fantastic, each and every one of them has gone above and beyond over the last year. I can only comment on the carers that have visited me but I've never had anyone who wasn't kind and cheerful.

Ascot Care Agency look after my Dad, I can't speak highly enough of them, the carers and the office managers have been first class. I was concerned as any would be about my Dad needing care and also who to use, but Ascot Care Agency have been brilliant.

I’d like to say a big thank you to all the lovely carers who have looked after me during the last 3 months especially with all the problems we’ve had to face, the carers have gone above and beyond my expectations having never been in this situation before. I’m delighted with the services my bother-in-law is receiving from the wonderful carers at Ascot Care Agency. My brother-in-law is in his 80s, and the carers I’ve been able to find for him have been very professional, friendly and accommodating to his needs and visit regularly. Until recently I had had plenty of help from family, particularly my daughter, but due to national lockdowns and my daughter's other commitments I have sought the help of carers who visit me daily. My carers have taken away the strain of daily chores which I would struggle to do otherwise. They help me with tidying, cleaning, and cooking, as my mobility is not as good as it once was, so it's a great help. The carers are extremely friendly and smashing at their job and I look forward to seeing them as much for a chat and some company as I do for help around the house. I'll be pleased to continue using Ascot Care Agency for as long as I need them.

We have been fortunate to have found the superb assistance offered by Ascot Care Agency, providing live-in care for my mother for some weeks now. My mother sees her carers as part of the family, and I am so happy with the quality of care she is receiving and how professional and trustworthy the carers have been. My mother has suffered with sundowning and knowing someone is there to ease her anxiety is quite a relief. Covid has made the last year a worrying time for our family and my mother's well being, and I have to say the carers have been outstanding throughout and deserve a medal. Along with the carers, the manager and office staff have been on hand with updates and any information I've required and nothing has been too much trouble, I can only thank everyone for all they are doing.

I and my husband were both relieved to have found Ascot Care Agency who have been able to assist with the care of my elderly Aunt in her own home, at the times when we can't be there. We have been pleased to find such kind, friendly and experienced staff, helping and reassuring my Aunt during such troubling times. My Aunt is very happy knowing she has regular visits and that there's always someone to help with any problem she may have, as well as being company for her throughout the day. I would recommend Ascot Care Agency to anyone needing home care.

There's a lot of bad press nowadays around care homes and I consider myself fortunate to have found Ascot.
