We have employed Millies for seven months their support of my parents has been immeasurable. My parents mental health has declined across this period, but the support has helped us through this issue. We have also been impressed by the communication. Millie's have been helping with care for my mum for a while now. They have always been very understanding and patient with mum's needs. Mum wouldn't have anyone else and they always seem to be there for us when we need them.

The whole team were very helpful from staff in the office and the carers themselves. They are a local agency so everything is very personal and it's a smaller team where you can build up relationships more quickly. Millie's have always been very supportive and accommodating. The carers seem very caring and helpful and do what is asked. It was helpful having a team of regular carers rather than a different person every visit, which happens with the bigger agencies. I have been very happy with all the Millies carers and service over the years. They have given me security, friendly conversation, fed me well and lovely walks in the gardens. On occasion, they have taken me for a coffee or to the garden centre. Most of the girls have been lovely and kind people.
