Secure took over the care package of my mother following a bad experience with another care provider. I was very nervous as my mother's care requirements were extremely complex; she was end of life and required staff to have further specialist training.
Secure was extremely helpful and reassuring prior to commencement of start date, which continued until she sadly passed away. It was arranged for a meet and greet with the care team that would be attending my mother's care where we could firstly communicate with them and start to build a relationship with them prior to them starting; this gave me and my brother a huge sense of relief.

Once the care started, it was evident that we had made the right choice to jump ship and move to Secure. The care team we had were so compassionate and empathetic, and there appeared to be nothing too much for them. The clinical lead, operations manager and owner of the company were always on hand no matter what time of day to assist. Teamwork at its finest.

My mom has recently used Secure Healthcare. The standard of service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. From helping with personal care to a real understanding of how people are feeling; special thanks must go to three particular members of staff.

We've been happy most of the time, however there have been times when they have been short-staffed and we have been without a carer.
I have also requested not to have certain carers, but feel I am being ignored.

Secure Healthcare Solutions Ltd have cared for my wife over the previous twelve months and is ongoing. Communication between the company and myself is excellent. I have some concern that the caring team is constantly changing therefore there is little continuity and recognition although the care is professional and compassionate.
All the caring team are considerate and have a very caring attitude, I would highly recommend the caring staff and would like this information to be passed to all concerned.

Secure Healthcare Solutions domiciliary team cared for my mother in her home for three months until she went into residential care. I can recommend the team highly. A team was built up around my mother so that she recognised them and they knew her needs. Communication between the team and myself was excellent. The care and professionalism they showed made Mom's life safe and happy. When she had a series of falls- one requiring urgent medical treatment, the carer knew exactly what to do and undoubtedly saved Mom's life. They really did care and made a difference to us all as a family. Thank you.

Overall Experience
The service I have received has been exemplary I could not have wished for better. The carers are kind and considerate and they have a very caring attitude. I would recommend them to anyone and know that whoever I've recommended them to would be getting 1st class care.
