Once the care started, it was evident that we had made the right choice to jump ship and move to Secure. The care team we had were so compassionate and empathetic, and there appeared to be nothing too much for them. The clinical lead, operations manager and owner of the company were always on hand no matter what time of day to assist. Teamwork at its finest.

Since my social worker recommended Secure Healthcare Solution, the support my son needed fell in place very quickly. The service has been brilliant. My son gets community support, and the staff have always been updating me with any information I need to know. Most importantly, the commitment the staff has shown has been amazing - always on the go finding the support worker.

My mom has recently used Secure Healthcare. The standard of service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. From helping with personal care to a real understanding of how people are feeling; special thanks must go to three particular members of staff.

We are pleased with the carers. They have shown my husband care and given him his dignity. They have arrived approx on time.

All appropriate PPE equipment has been used throughout all home visits.

I have also requested not to have certain carers, but feel I am being ignored.

All the caring team are considerate and have a very caring attitude, I would highly recommend the caring staff and would like this information to be passed to all concerned.

Since coming in and taking care of some of the essential needs my father needs, I have found the staff to be extremely understanding and pleasant. All the staff have been professional and pleasant, and I'd highly recommend the company to anyone else in need of help.

Carers are all clean, caring and punctual.

The biggest recent issue we had was a potentially serious one: staff's lack of understanding of a DNR (do not resuscitate).

Secure Healthcare Solutions domiciliary team cared for my mother in her home for three months until she went into residential care. I can recommend the team highly. A team was built up around my mother so that she recognised them and they knew her needs. Communication between the team and myself was excellent. The care and professionalism they showed made Mom's life safe and happy. When she had a series of falls- one requiring urgent medical treatment, the carer knew exactly what to do and undoubtedly saved Mom's life. They really did care and made a difference to us all as a family. Thank you.

My husband has received exceptional care and attention from 17th September 19. The carers have been amazing, so kind and compassionate in every way, taking into account her dignity. They have been a constant support which has given me peace of mind.

On the whole a very good experience. Some of the younger staff perhaps need closer supervision and training.

The service I have received has been exemplary I could not have wished for better. The carers are kind and considerate and they have a very caring attitude. I would recommend them to anyone and know that whoever I've recommended them to would be getting 1st class care.

I only had help for a short time, but all of the staff were excellent. Really helpful and nice. They were really flexible and were able to help me exactly at the time that I requested. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking around.
