I have had a great experience so far.
The care that Finch Support Services have provided my Mum with for the last few years has been excellent. They are professional, caring and diligent. I know that I can go to work and my Mum is safe and well cared for.

My first experience. I found the care workers very good and nice people.
At the first meeting, the manager arrived with the carer to get to know my Father-in-law, assess his home and have a full discussion with myself and my husband. Subsequently, two other carers were introduced and "trained up" by the initial carer before visiting on their own.
All three carers were friendly, professional, reliable and caring. When necessary, they called an ambulance and waited with my Father-in-law until help arrived.
Communication between the carers, manager and us was always good and our needs were accommodated when circumstances changed. We were very impressed.
The manager has been excellent and one of the carers is a wonder, cannot praise him enough.
