Taken has a whole the care and welfare of the company has been excellent. I cannot find fault with the service I have been given.

Personal care specialists Ltd cared for my father when I fetched him home on end of life care in October . The staff were very professional and polite with my dad . They showed true empathy and dedication through out each visit to my dad and the rest of our family at this very difficult time . We can not fault their services .. always with us when needed showing care and support for us all. The team were a pleasure to have in our home as it gave family members whom were also grieving time for a chat which massively helped . Their care and compassion for my dad was priceless . If not for them caring for my dad at home I would not have been able to meet my dad's end of life wishes . So from us all from the bottom of our hearts . Thank you so much for your care . We couldn't have done this without you . True care and recognition should never go un recognised . Thank you

As a family, our experience with the whole team of carers has been exceptional. They go over and above expectations, they engage well with the client and nothing is too much trouble. They have built up trust between the client and family unit. We can see that they do the job because they want to, and truly care about the client's needs. Their approach is calm and gentle, they are respectful towards the client / client's family, and the client is treat with dignity at all times.

The whole team of carers are committed and conscientious. Nothing is too much trouble and they engage with the client in a kind and caring manner. They support and listen to the needs of the client and very quickly build up a sense of trust within the family home.

The team leader was professional and punctual when discussing Mum's care needs and very helpful in quickly setting up the necessary shifts. My mum told me that the ladies who came were lovely, and she was very happy with their care and really enjoyed chatting with them all. One even visited Mum when she wasn't working a shift just to see how she was doing.

We are more than happy with the care that Mum receives, all the carers are pleasant, friendly and professional and it gives me peace of mind knowing that Mum is being checked on regularly and that her needs are met as required. Mum reports to me that some of the carers are less thorough than others when she has a wash/shower and she gets on better with some more than others but overall the care and support are very good. I like how I can text when I need the carers to come early if Mum has an appointment to get to, and these needs are met, and am able to communicate with the staff easily either by text, phone or email and I have built a relationship with the carers too when I am with Mum.

You have been supporting my dad for the last year, taking him out on trips in the car, to appointments and helping my mum with him out shopping, you have been flexible and always tried to work around my dad's ever-changing needs, my dad who had advanced dementia really liked a member of staff and you tried where possible for him to be dads carer when you could, thank you.

I have been with Personal Care Specialist as a client for a number of years now. I am very happy with their service. All the carers are amazing and absolutely love my sits with them as it makes me want to go out of the house and go shopping and it's such a massive help to my life. Well done to you all for your amazing service.

All carers are very polite and helpful. Carers however are not always on time, especially on Tuesdays and Fridays when they know I get picked up and go to the day centre. They are better than they used to be but I still get very anxious and upset. When I shower, some carers stand at the end of the shower which I like, others sit on the toilet using their phone, which I don't like. I am very grateful for the services that they provide and I don't know how I would manage without them.

The service is good and the staff are always caring. I think the hourly rate is too high but I appreciate this is set by the Leeds City Council.

Some of the carers gel better than others, those I don't get on with I ask that they don't call on me, so all in all the people who call on me now are very helpful. The timings are sometimes a bit awkward but if you want an early call they will do it for you. Overall a very good service.

All the staff are very caring and on the whole very supportive.

Generally, the carers are nice. Some are excellent, some are good.

Very caring and responsive staff team. Reliable, on time. Takes care of my mum's needs and has personalised her support needs to the best they can. My mum has reported that she is happy with the service. Could the team encourage each other to follow Mum's weekly plan or even help Mum with any changes if necessary or if she chooses? Having home care help my mum has been a real life changer for me. What they do for her I was trying to do whilst managing a business, my own home and looking after a small baby. Knowing they go see my mum every day gives me peace of mind and they repeatedly go above and beyond. They contact me when there is anything important I need to know. I know they have made a real positive impact on my mum's life too - not just me. She definitely would not cope without them now. We are extremely grateful for all they do!

My mother is well care for and the team always keep me informed of any developments. The team are caring and take into account my mother’s wishes whilst trying very hard to improve her well being. Mum enjoys their company.

My mum who is 96 has been receiving care visits from the Personal Care Specialists for some time now and at all times we have found all the girls who visit her to be smartly dressed, caring, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. Visits are generally on time, however, emergency situations sometimes arise and when they do I am usually contacted by phone to make me aware that they will be late. I do not have to contact the office often, but when I do everyone is very polite, friendly, helpful and wherever possible accommodating.

My mother has had personal care looking after her for well over a year and I can't praise them enough absolutely brilliant the care they give looking after my mother as I live a distance away we need a team we can trust and depend on. Well, they have and we treat them as part of the family. I would be lost without them can't praise them all enough. Thank you.
