Jusrade Care have been fantastic with their care for my Dad who suffers from Dementia. They are always calm and patient with him and nothing is ever too much trouble. The carers that come visit him, really do care and it's great to have peace of mind that he is in safe hands.

My son is a mental health patient, and he is very happy with his care. I am very satisfied with the care that gets, and his personal assistant does a very excellent job.

They have been very professional and knowledgeable with their job, the way the staff care for my partner with empathy, care, dignity and love has been fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure that my partner is well cared for and this has bought her so much comfort and joy.

Jusrade care for Mum and Dad, who are living with Alzheimer's. They treat them with kindness and respect. I appreciate that Mum and Dad have, at most, three different carers, which helps with consistency of care/relationship. I also have a good relationship with the carers and care manager. Also attendance times, which is great for Mum and Dad.

The care my parents received was second to none. They made him feel secure and happy in their own home. They kept the house clean and were very dignified with personal care. Overall very happy.

The care and support has been good and excellent and I could not wish for better. My carers are excellent, they do a lot for me and make me feel good. They7 are all very good and the manager is the best.

This agency is fantastic, they work with us and do everything to meet my brother's needs. Communication is fantastic and they often go over and above what is expected of them. All the staff are very friendly and the manager is very hands on. I really can't praise them enough.

Staff are very courteous, they accommodate when times and dates of sitting service need to be altered. Overall, pleased with the services.

My siblings have adjusted to having caregivers coming in because of the friendly staff. My siblings see the same couple of staff which gives continuity of care and they feel comfortable. The staff know my siblings, the standard of care has been excellent.

Most importantly - my dad really likes and trusts his carer and is both comfortable and confident in his company. As a family, we all like my dad's carer very much. He has quickly become part of our family.
