Our home is now at Audley Care Chalfort Dene after a period of many moves! We have now been here long enough to evaluate Chalfort Dene as a permanent home. The "site" is looked after very well. But most important is staff who care for us all and we could not have wished for a nicer group of individuals without exception too many to list.
The adminstation & practical help have been exemplary. The carers are well trained, helpful, polite and such a help. Thank you.
The girls are always kind and sympathetic. They are willing to do whatever I ask, but sometimes they forget routine tasks if I don't remind them eg. They will open curtains in the bedroom and lounge but forget the study.
All of the carers who look after my mum are excellent. They are timely, polite, friendly and extremely professional. The managers too are easy to communicate with and also provide an excellent service.
We are so grateful to the Audley Carers who have looked after my father in his home for the past 14 months so far. We feel very lucky to have found them. The management were excellent in initially arranging the care at short notice, just before Christmas, and they have been extremely flexible and supportive as my fathers needs have changed since then. All the carers are kind friendly and professional and my father really enjoys their visits. Communication is very good, both between members of the team from management to my father, my brother and me. There is a strong sense of team work between all the Audley staff and a real focus on the quality of care.
Cannot fault the service efficient, friendly and so helpful alongside attendance to patient which is excellent.
I have been looked after - in my home - by Audley Care, Chalfort Dene - For approximately 1 year following a fall that led to surgery and short periods in hospital. During my time with Audley Dene, I have appreciated the care and kindness of my carers and their attention to health and safety and training of staff. I have been impressed by ease of access to staff at all levels: communications between staff and patients has been entirely satisfactory. I am grateful that carers take required action to maintain my personal cleanliness and that of my clothing and bed clothes. Food preparation is also appreciated.
Carers have been outstanding. They start the morning very well. They prepare for bedtime equally well allowing a comfortable sleep.
I'm very pleased with the help I receive.
It cannot be put into words how pleased and grateful we are to Audley Care Chalfont Dene. They came to us in our hour of need.
I have used the care after an operation in 2017. I now use the care for helping with cleaning the apartment.
Excellent care in every way.
We have used the Audley Care Chalfont Dene service for the past 6 months to help my husband dress, shower and exercise in the morning and get ready for bed in the evening. The girls have been prompt, kind and helpful and made him feel comfortable.
Evening help - clearing up when I felt tired.
Having a major shoulder replacement operation, Audley Care at Chalfont Dene was exactly what I was looking for. Sensitive and caring. My carers could not have provided more they listened to me and did all that I asked including some very personal requests. We also had a lot of giggles which always helps. Each carer although different had the ability to think ahead and see what I needed to be carried out without asking. They were always respectful and kind, encouraging me a full recovery.
Generally, we are very pleased with the care provided by the carers. I do feel there are not enough carers (short staffed) if care is needed at very short notice. If the care plan needs to be adjusted at short notice this can be difficult at times. The carers are excellent in the care they provide, however managers I feel are more interested in generating more revenue.
PCA's are always prompt and efficient when administering my medication and eye drops twice daily.
I am happy to say that I am in very good hands, never been let down in 2 and a half years of Audley Care Services.
Thank you for your review of our service, I will pass your feedback to the team.
We were extremely grateful that the PCA noticed something was wrong with my cellulitis on my leg which resulted in a severe infection. This was quickly responded to with a 12 day stay in hospital.
Thank you for all your continued support.
I have always found the care I receive is excellent. The carers are helpful, considerate and very pleasant to have around. I would gladly highly recommend Audley Care to my friends and family.
Thank you for your very positive review it is always lovely to receive feedback on our services and staff. All our review comments are passed down to the local branches.
The care team are very "switched on" and spotted confusion the night it occurred. They have been very supportive and full of information as conditions change.
Thank you for your positive review we are always pleased to receive such positive feedback. I will pass on your comments to our team.
