We have used Classic Angels Care Group to provide care/support/assistance to our mother for the past six years. We have found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy and proactive with any concerns they have with our mother. They adhere and work to industry guidelines and regulations. The staff
always engage with our mother in humour and conversations and establish an excellent relationship. It is a hard industry to work in with its various challenges but they never let it show with their client and will always do their utmost best to meet required needs for their clients. I can not praise them enough for their professionalism and friendliness.

Having had bad experiences with two companies in the early stages of my wifes serious stroke - we transferred to Angels in April 2018, my wifes stroke was suffered in October 2017. From day one Angels have been first class in professionalism, timekeeping and kindness, I would recommend Angels 100% to
any prospective clients.

All carers at The Classic Angels Care Group are very professional. They are very prompt at getting people like the district nurse in if necessary. They suggest equipment that can help dad stay in his home longer. The staff in the office are also very professional and helpful e.g. when dad needed carer
visits four times a day after a hospital stay this was put in place the next day. They always respond promptly to messages.

When Mum started to struggle during lockdown, both mentally and physically, I asked if we could have another carer and the agency helped as quickly as they could. When she deteriorated further, they then started a 'double up' and arranged an assessment for further equipment such as a hospital bed and
commode. This help undoubtedly prevented her from being admitted to hospital and she has recovered at home extremely well. This has provided great reassurance to myself (I have been shielding) and my family during a very difficult time.
