Ashbourne Quality Care came highly recommended to us and they proved to be outstanding. They cared for my mother in her home for one and a half years. 100% reliable they never missed a visit - twice a day, seven days a week. We just knew they would walk through the door with a smile, no matter what
the conditions. The carers were so kind to my mother and family. They were a pleasure to have in the house. A totally professional caring service delivered with human kindness. Wonderful. Just wonderful.

Ashbourne Quality Care have been looking after our Dad (two carers four times a day) until he recently became too ill to stay at home. They were highly recommended to us by a neighbour, and we could not have hoped for better care. The management has always been efficient, responsive and supportive.
The carers have all been absolutely excellent - caring, positive, friendly, totally reliable, and have treated dad with kindness and respect.
Thank you so much to everyone involved in Dad's care.

Carers always appear happy to see you nothing too much trouble. Standard of care for my mum is just as one would hope for they're parents. The management always manage to accomodate if we need to cancel or vary a visit time. Always a pleasure to invite any of the care staff into our home. Always left
feeling that the staff care about what they are doing and how they are doing it.

Ashbourne Quality Care have taken care of my Stepfather for a number of years now and throughout that time I have found their service to be exceptional. The carers who currently visit 4 times a day have always taken such good care of my Stepfather and are always professional and helpful. This consistently
high quality of service is also evident in the management of his care. There have been a number of times when I have had terrific support from the team in the office. Finally, I would be confident to recommend Ashbourne Quality Care to anyone who is looking for someone to help take care of their loved one.

Ashbourne Quality Care have been looking after our dad for a while and we are very pleased with the care he receives. They visit several times a day and get us informed of anything we need to know about and anything we ask of them is never too much trouble.

My wife has been receiving care (one call per day) for the last six years and is very satisfied with the care provided. All the girls are appropriately dressed, take all precautions such as face masks and gloves and treat her efficiently with care and respect. They have not missed a single day, even
during Covid. We would like to thank Ashbourne Quality Care for the service we have received from them since November 2018 and are sure they will continue the good work.

I can't thank Ashbourne Quality Care enough for the care and compassion they gave my nana.
Ashbourne Quality Care cared for my nana in the last few weeks of her life.
They were very kind and compassionate, they treated my nana with privacy and

They were very supportive towards me and my family.

My mum needed home care help after she suffered a fall, but she also struggled with the use of her hands and found it very hard to dress herself or get her own meals, etc. I cannot praise the carers enough. They were absolutely amazing and took such good care of my mum until her passing away in July.
I am so grateful that Mum had the care that she received to make her life more bearable, plus she enjoyed their company.

My father was very reluctant to have a care package however he has found the experience extremely positive. This is in no small part down to the quality of the care team at Ashbourne Quality Care. They have dealt with him with respect, patience and dignity and are all very kind. He enjoys the chats
as he is now housebound and wonders why he didn't agree to have home care sooner! I particularly appreciate the communication from the team, keeping me in the loop of any changing health conditions and issues. It is a welcome reassurance.

All the staff provided the highest level of care for my mum which enabled her to continue to live in her home, which she so desperately wanted to do. Her home became her world and the carers provided a level of personal care that is above and beyond their professional standards. They provided a human
and compassionate element to my mum's care even during the painful latter days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashbourne Quality Care for the care of your elderly family.

I cannot thank this company enough, they have all been amazing with my father. The carers are so patient and go at his own pace. He feels so relaxed around each and every carer that attends to him and I feel relaxed knowing my dad is at ease, happy and comfortable. Amazing, thank you again.

My mum has been receiving care from Ashbourne Quality Care since September 2022. Mum wasn't sure at first, being someone who valued her privacy and was worried about strangers coming into her home. How things changed! Within a very short time, Mum fell in love with all of the team who help support
her. They visit four times a day and treat her like a person not a job. She has vascular dementia and some days are better than others. The team are so thoughtful, show an interest in her and have such patience on difficult days. Piece of mind for me (I also have a great relationship with the team) and I know that I can call any time to discuss things I'm worried about. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

I find the carers that come to my elderly neighbour really caring to him in all cases, he is always neat and tidy and he enjoys most of the food that they tend to give him. He gets very lonely so they have a cheerful banter with him which he always enjoys and he always says they are all lovely, even
though he can't remember any of their names except the one gentleman that goes into him.
