Ashbourne Quality Care have been looking after my dad for a year now. He has 2 visits per day and one of the carers takes him out around town in his wheelchair which he looks forward to. They were good at discussing his needs and suggested things that would be helpful as he has mobility issues. It is a relief to know that dad is happy and well cared for as I live a few hours away. The staff are friendly and professional. They have been a great help and will go out of their way to make sure Dad's needs are met.
Thank you so much for your review. We are delighted that you are happy with us. Your dad is delightful and knowing that he is happy means a lot to us.
Ashbourne Quality Care provided 3 daily calls for mum, all the carers that came to Mum were so helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble, and they were great too in alerting doctors, nurses, and the ambulance when needed. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much to you all.
Thank you for your lovely review of our care. It was a pleasure to look after your Mum. She was a lovely lady.
Ashbourne Quality Care initially provided care for my mum and dad but after Dad's death provides care just for Mum now. They have been providing care for the last four years. They are an absolutely brilliant team, who I have got to know well. The staff always treat Mum with respect and dignity and look after her as if she is their own lovely mum. They support both me and Mum through a brilliant care package at home and nothing is ever too much trouble. They always keep me fully informed of any changes or problems. Initially, Mum and Dad did not feel the need for carers but never looked back once the visits were in place. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ashbourne Quality Care and could not imagine any other care company providing better care at home for Mum. Thank you so much Ashbourne Quality Care team - you are the best.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. It has always been a pleasure to look after your Mum (and your Dad when he was alive). Our care team know her so well, and it has been helped by your involvement in her care. You feel like part of the team too. We will continue to give her the very best care that she so deserves and may she continue to flourish with us for a long time to come.
Lovely team, friendly and engage Mum in conversations every day. Any difficulties we come across, they are always willing to find new ways of working to improve Mum's care. They have never let us down. Thank you Ashbourne Quality Care for enabling mum to stay at home where she wants to be.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. I am so pleased that you are happy with us. We are very honoured to be providing your Mum’s care and we will always do our utmost to get things right for her.
Ashbourne Quality Care Ltd provided excellent care for our late father who, due to his age and infirmity, was unable to access the bathroom on the upper floor of his home for the last few months of his life. He was very grateful and appreciative of the very professional service he received from all the staff. They were very respectful of his needs whether it was attending to his personal hygiene or simply making him a hot drink and having a chat and a laugh. The carers' visits were always on time despite problems with the covid pandemic and gave us, as a family, a lot of confidence that Dad was always in safe hands which allowed us to take time out from his care needs.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Your father was lovely and loved by all his carers. We are pleased to have been entrusted with his care and also to have provided yourselves with some well-deserved respite from many hours of your dedicated support to your father.
All the carers provided excellent support and care for my mother. Any issues were raised in a timely fashion and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Eventually, my mother had to go into full-time care but she was devastated to leave ‘her girls’ and still wishes they were her helpers. I would have no hesitation in engaging Ashbourne Quality Care again if we were fortunate enough to have Mum back home. It was always a 5-star service every day from every carer no matter what time of day they called.
What a lovely review. Thank you so much. Your mother was always a pleasure to care for. We were so sorry that she had to go into long-term care and the staff still talk about her now. We hope she is happy and settled. She will always be remembered.
'Quality Care' sums up the company, and the package very well.
Extremely well organised, always available and very personable I have no hesitation in recommending them to care for your loved one.
Thank you so much. We are so happy to have been entrusted to look after your Mum. She is an absolute delight and the carers have become very fond of her.
Ashbourne Quality Care Ltd provided four daily visits for my mum and I was delighted with the standard of care. They took extra time when it was needed, and communicated very well both with me and between themselves about her needs. The carers were cheerful and genuinely caring. Ultimately she needed residential care, but I do wish I'd found them sooner.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It’s lovely to hear from clients and their families. It was a pleasure to be able to help your Mum prior to her being admitted to long term care. We hope she is well and settled.
They are very observant and always seem to know what I need.
A delightful lady.
I have been staying with my father for the last 7 days, so I have seen the carer interactions with him. There are 2 staff who visit which means they can get to know him and he knows them. The staff treat him with respect and are patient and supportive. They are good at interacting with him, even if he is having a bad day. I hope that this high standard is maintained when I am not present and am confident, from what I have seen that this will be the case.
