Absolutely cannot fault the carers who visit 4 times per day. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their interaction with her is amazing, even trying to speak French with her.
Helped and supportive in all tasks, always cheerful and cooperative. And if my carer doesnt know, she is happy to phone head office for any help or support.

However the punctuality creates a major problem often out of the allocated time window which in turn has a knock on effect (has dinner at 2pm and back at 4pm for tea) or too early for bed time. Also too many different carers just causes confusion for mum. The company overall is good and approachable. If they can get above better organised, then overall is worth recommendation.

Nothing is too much trouble and the carers give superb support.Punctual , and work together.

Manu Integrity Services have only been caring for my mum for a week but I can already see a huge improvement in her health and wellbeing. The carers I have met so far are not only extremely efficient and conscientious in the support they provide but they are also incredibly attentive, compassionate and wonderfully friendly. My mum's key carer has already taken on the responsibility of healing her in a way I could not have imagined possible. The key carer and her colleagues are knowledgeable, professional and eager to do what is best for my mum. I honestly feel they have given me the peace of mind I was hoping to find in a care provider. I could not recommend them more highly.

The staff who look after my father are extremely caring and thoughtful, engaging in conversation with him even though he is often confused. They treat him with respect, and kindness, and are gentle. He is visited four times per day.

Do not use this company, they do not do what they say, big failure in all aspects, management do not care. Some of the carers are brilliant and some are not trained enough to care for vulnerable, sick people in my opinion.
It is unfortunate that you feel that way towards our organisation. However, please note that we have guidance, rules and policies that should be followed in care to protect vunerable people. This may not be agreable with your beliefs or your knowledge. In addition, we will continue strive to do good and to follow the regulations to remain safe.
I don't even know where to begin. This care company is just amazing, they are very clean and very polite. My mother suffers intense pain and has multiple medical conditions and is difficult to care for.
The first time I met the carers, they were so polite and listened to everything I said when I explained about my mother's pain. They were very gentle with her and very understanding.
They were the first ones we met and the first thing they did is walk up to my mum introduce themselves and asked how she was doing, it was really nice to hear them say that and they were having a laugh with us.
My mum always enjoys them coming and I trust them to care for her and feel very confident with them in the household.
I highly recommend this company as they have great carers and great management. I wish I found them earlier.

The company responded to my last post but didn’t implement what they said they would do. Yesterday the carer came at 7:30 am as instructed by their planners. 10:30 am this morning and still no carer. I have had to get my husband dressed. Repeated I have requested calls between 8:15 and 9:15 am and I am told it will happen, it does but only for a short period. The carers are good and it is not their fault but the back room staff are not.

From when the carers come to our house they have shown professionalism, a caring attitude and are very helpful. They have all been efficient, polite but friendly and very helpful. We feel we can rely on them all, yes there have been a couple of issues on timing of visits but this has all been sorted. We are very pleased with all of them and hope it continues.

My husband who has used Manu Integrity Services Ltd for six months and initially there were issues with the times that the carers were booked in to attend him, but each carer now knows of his issues/needs and they do try to arrive within the time scale he needs. Occasionally, the staff in the office book him for a later time but with talking to the office we have irons out the issues. The only concern we have is if a carer is delayed from a previous client due to medical issues, the office staff do not ring us up to tell of the delay, which upsets my husband. This needs to be addressed by the office to improve. The three main carers that attend are all very considerate and patient to my husband's needs and do not rush him. They all do an excellent job and have all built up a good rapport with him which makes for a good relationship.

When carers are delayed, a phone call informing me how long they will be, would help. My wife is happy with the care she receives at the moment. Carers to wipe their feet when entering, especially when it's raining.

I am very satisfied with the service we received. The carers are very efficient in the way that they care for my husband, and very obliging if I have to change my hours. The only problem I have is for the morning call. I would like them to come at a set time within half an hour so I can get myself showered and ready before they arrive. I would like my morning call to be 8.30 am.
