I am sorry this is how you feel towards your care team. We take complaints seriously and we will do everything we can to resolve what we can. However, we respect our client's choices and wishes as we understand that your own chosen times are a late morning call and an early evening call. This will result in long hours and despite offers from experts such as District Nurses, for care times that would benefit you, you still want your care times to remain the same. This is something we can only change when agreed by yourself. We are always there for you if you wish to review your times. According to our monitoring systems, all calls have been covered by 2 people at all times as your care is impossible to be completed by one person.
We are very sorry to hear that this is how you feel. However, our organisation have followed the notice policy and according to our records, communications have been carried out as they should. We value the care and view of our client (your mum) and as confirmed in your statement, our recommendation seemed to be working very well and are happy it is so.
