In addition to core services, MIS provides tailored Supported Living services for vulnerable adults and young people aged 18 and above. This service supports individuals with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and autism, helping them live independently in their own homes, private apartments, or shared accommodations.
By offering varying levels of assistance—from regular visits for daily tasks to intensive 24-hour personal care—MIS supports individuals in building life skills, maintaining autonomy, and engaging meaningfully in their local communities.
MIS aims to provide a flexible, efficient, value-for-money, quality generic care service, safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of each service user, and enable service users to maintain personal independence, make informed choices, and contribute to society.
MIS aims to ensure carers and nurses are trained by appropriate health care professionals to meet complex needs and requirements.
Wherever possible, MIS aims to help each service user stay at home, prevent admissions to hospital or other care settings, and facilitate complex discharges back into the community from a health care setting. The recovery-focused approach ensures individuals have a clear discharge plan to transition seamlessly back into the community.

I can't praise or thank the staff and carers at Manu enough. We were looking for companies with experience in mental health and younger clients and Manu has been the perfect fit.

I can't praise or thank the staff and carers at Manu enough. We were looking for companies with experience in mental health and younger clients and Manu has been the perfect fit. The team came round for an assessment within two days and were incredibly kind and caring. Their empathy and experience was clear. We were able to arrange a sensible care plan and I felt everything was well explained to both me and my sister. They provided regular updates and communicated clearly, especially if there were any problems. The carers were all lovely and helpful, and Manu selected younger staff who would be better company for my sister. It really is incredible how much progress she has made and this really is due to the fantastic team at Manu. I can't recommend them enough.
The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that occasionally the dates on the invoice were incorrect. However, this was always fixed promptly and there was never any incorrect totals, etc - just tiny typos.

All dad's carers are very good and support dad well. Dads words "He is a good lad and makes lovely sandwiches."

All dad's carers are very good and support dad well. Dads words "He is a good lad and makes lovely sandwiches."
We can rely on Manu Integrity Services and they were excellent when dad needed to go into hospital after a fall. Dad's care is managed by a small team so he knows who will be supporting him and feels safe knowing that there would not be lots of strangers entering his home - Manu Integrity Services, unlike other care companies, operate a small team to cover dad's support. I would recommend Manu Integrity Services to friends/family for care in the home.
