We were looking for companies with experience in mental health and younger clients and Manu has been the perfect fit.
The team came round for an assessment within two days and were incredibly kind and caring. Their empathy and experience was clear. We were able to arrange a sensible care plan and I felt everything was well explained to both me and my sister. They provided regular updates and communicated clearly, especially if there were any problems.
The carers were all lovely and helpful, and Manu selected younger staff who would be better company for my sister. It really is incredible how much progress she has made and this really is due to the fantastic team at Manu.
I can't recommend them enough.
The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that occasionally the dates on the invoice were incorrect. However, this was always fixed promptly and there was never any incorrect totals, etc - just tiny typos.
As a daughter of the client, I find the staff pleasant, knowledgeable and always provide a consistent service. My dad likes his staff and sees familiar faces every time.
Don't get outside my door for much fresh air.

The carers are kind and compassionate to mum, but she doesn't wat correctly because meal times are not regular. Could do with leaving kitchen tidy and putting pots away.

Happy with the carer that is provided. The carers are very kind and friendly. The call times are nicely spread out and consistent which has shown a great improvement in my wife's skin.
We can rely on Manu Integrity Services and they were excellent when dad needed to go into hospital after a fall. Dad's care is managed by a small team so he knows who will be supporting him and feels safe knowing that there would not be lots of strangers entering his home - Manu Integrity Services, unlike other care companies, operate a small team to cover dad's support. I would recommend Manu Integrity Services to friends/family for care in the home.
