I enquired about providing home care services for my husband for the times when I am going away in 2020. Customer care immediately contacted me, visited us to make the assessment and also to introduce the main carer, they were very understanding and sympathetic. The agency provided care four times since at the end of Feb, in July and in December up to the first of January 2020. We were allocated a main carer and some replacement ones during these periods as my husband needed three times a day visits every day. We were very satisfied with the main carer and most of the time with the replacement carers, they seemed to do a very good job to keep my husbands personal hygiene, prepare some food for him and also they kept our home tidy and clean. The only time we had some issue with some of the carers was at Christmas time and spiked with the pandemic restriction but even then the coordinator and the office were very accessible and promptly acted. I recommend the agency to anyone needing care in their home.

The carers and the office team at Bluebird have been outstanding, especially under the stress and strain of a global pandemic (Covid-19). Their care and understanding with my mother have been amazing, especially since surviving Covid! Words are not enough. Thank you so much!
