Sunny first joined the Bluebird Care Islington & Hackney team in 2014 as a care assistant, and was promoted to the role of Carer Supervisor in 2016, and again to Customer Care Supervisor in 2018.
Sunny meets with our new and existing customers, ensuring their care plans are reflective of all their needs, that any queries are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible, and that customers always receive the highest possible standards of care.
Sunny applies the "Mum test" to all situations....."if its not good enough for my Mum, then its not good enough for my customers!".
Tessa joined Bluebird Care Islington & Hackney in February 2017 and is responsible for making sure our customers in Hackney have the appropriate care assistants to ensure their needs are met at all times. Tessa will match care assistants’ skill sets with the needs of our customers to deliver the highest quality service. I enjoy communicating with our customers about any concerns they may have, and I do my best to support them in providing the best care possible."
