Bluebird Care were quick to respond to my request for help and support. Assistance followed quickly. The care provided to my Dad was excellent giving him much reassurance. All the staff were kind and caring knowing exactly what he needed. Everyone was kind and compassionate and above all professional. I would highly recommend them all. They provided the kind of care I would hope for if I am lucky enough to reach my fathers age .
Thank you so much for your kind words and taking the time to write this lovely review. We're so happy to hear that the service we provided was kind, compassionate and the type of care you would want for yourself. Hearing that your dad was reassured is the most important thing to us. Thank you again.
All carers and other members that were involved with my mum's care were extremely supportive and professional . One's that visited my mum's home always made her feel relaxed , safe and would always do that little bit extra when asked.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are so pleased to hear that our care experts helped your mum feel relaxed and safe at home, that's exactly what we aim to achieve with every visit! Thank you again for trusting us with your mum's care.
I have had Bluebird care for 8 months following a diagnosis of cancer at the end of 2024 and 5 weeks in hospital. I cannot praise enough the care during that time. All the Care Assistants were caring and efficient and were willing to move at my pace as I became more able to do things for myself. They gave me back the confidence I had lost when I had the surprise diagnosis.
We are so happy to hear that your confidence is back after receiving care from us, and that you had a great experience with us. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
Bluebird Care were great with my aunt and uncle, both who have dementia. The supervisor and on call team were efficient and responsive, always doing their best to resolve urgent and challenging issues. The ladies were lovely and very caring towards my relatives and were so willing to help with all the various aspects of care and helping in the home. Due to the particular requirements of dementia, our aunt and uncle's needs were very specific and the bluebird ladies listened and worked well with our aunt and uncle. We are very happy to recommend Bluebird Care.
Thank you so much for your kind words and taking the time to write this review. We're delighted to hear that our team could support your aunt and uncle with the care they needed!
Mum always looks forward to her breakfast vist in the morning ,staff keep to the time slot even if they have a distance to travel ,nothing is too much trouble to do if they are asked .Also I always find the office staff very obliging and like the caring team very pleasant if I need to ring about anything regarding Mums care assisting me in an excellent manner .From first enquiry phone call, to Managers home vist and setting care up ,to carers coming in to care ,to office staff all very easy very pleased with everything makes it easy for myself who lives 80 miles away .
Thank you so much for your kind words, it is great to hear that you are happy with every step of our care provided!
Bluebird were a godsend when I fell and broke my hip. My main job is looking after my wife who has Alzheimer's, so my temporary incapacity was a real problem. The Bluebird helpers were fantastic and responded quickly from day one and took the pressure off me. They even did the manana jobs that I had been avoiding! I recommend this friendly service to anyone who has the need for help at home.
We are so happy to read this kind review, and we are so glad you found our services helpful!
We have been using Bluebird in Evesham for a few years now for an elderly relative. We have found the Company very good at what they do, offering advice when needed and excellent support. Both caring staff and staff in the offices are kind and considerate.
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to leave a review for us!
Mum has had live in care from October 2024, and we couldn't be happier. The carer is always cheerful and very communicative. If there are any problems she sorts them out. She has become a companion for mum, but still gives her space.
Thank you so much for your review, we are so happy that mum is enjoying her care with us!
I have Bluebird care carers and they are all very good at their job and would not know what i would do with out them, they help me have a shower as I shake a bit in the shower and they help me in the morning and the evening to get dressed and undressed as I have osteoarthritis in my shoulders and is very painful. I am also walking slowly but hope to get better with the help of the lovely carers. The carers are all angels.
We are very proud that you refer to our careers as 'angels'. We pride ourselves in having careers who can go above and beyond, to make our customers comfortable and happy. Thankyou for a wonderful review!
So kind and considerate.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care.
What a wonderful review to read, we are so proud that our careers can help you and your wife in such a kind and considerate way!
This enables them to give an exemplary service to clients.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review, we are very glad and proud that you are so pleased with our team of careers!
Changing to a later time isn't OK because it would mean dressing then getting undressed to have a shower or wash.
As present, I am not steady enough to have showers and when I am, I shall need help.
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to give us a review!
Outstanding support from Bluebird, the Care Supervisor is outstanding, and my father's main carer is excellent. Very satisifed with the care provided, the communication, and support provided by the entire team. Would highly recommend.
Thank you ever so much for this great review! We appreciate any recommendations, feedback and comments. We will continue to work towards being outstanding with our care for your Father.
Thank you Bluebird.
Thank you for the wonderful review, we are so pleased you are happy and feel part of our Bluebird family! We always look forward to the warm welcome when we visit.
We moved from another care company to Bluebird because I needed more personal care. The quality of staff is outstanding, they are professional, caring and friendly, and I would seriously recommend Bluebird, as I already have!
Thank-you for the wonderful review, we are so pleased you are happy with the service you receive and grateful for the recommendation.
After experiencing a very poor service from an alternative provider, moving to Bluebird Care was like a breath of fresh air. The onboarding process was easy, professional with great care taken in agreeing a care plan that met my mother's needs. The service was exemplary, the staff caring and the communication exceptional. The app provides complete transparency to the family. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bluebird Care to any family, simply outstanding.
Thank you for your kind words and recommendation; we very much enjoyed supporting Mum for as long as possible and I hope that she is comfortable in her new home.
Bluebird Care had been recommended to us and so we contacted them to find out more about the whole 'care' process, from that very first phone call, initial assessment at home and throughout his many months of excellent daily care, Bluebird Care were incredibly professional and reassuring. We committed to using their services for a month just to see how it worked out for everyone and never looked back, continuing on until he recently, sadly, passed away.
Bluebird Care enabled my father to remain in his own home which was something that meant so much to our family, also something that is often overlooked was the huge relief that it gave my mother who had been struggling on for years.
Good afternoon Michael, first of all, thank you for the kind words. It is always a big decision to have carers in for the first time but we are glad that you chose Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon. It was our pleasure supporting Dad and I know our team were very fond of both him and Mum. I'm also...
They enable Mum to stay in her home, surrounded by her comforts and memories.
The quality of services provided by all at Bluebird are fantastic, they have become part of the family.
No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Thank you very much for your lovely words. We are so pleased that we were able to offer care and support for Mum and know the team always looks forward to seeing her. I will pass on your kind words, which we greatly appreciate.
We were really impressed with the service, efficiency and caring approach of each and every member of the team both in the home and also those we had contact with over the phone and emails.
Sadly Mum passed away in February but we take solace in the knowledge that her last few months were filled with joy and laughter and Bluebird Care played a part in bringing that to her.
Good afternoon, first of all, thank you for the kind words. It is always a big decision to have carers in for the first time, but we are glad that you chose Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon. It was our pleasure supporting your mum!
My parents, both in their 90s, have used Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon for many years now. They started with a few hours a week to help with the heavier chores, gradually increasing the hours as they became frailer, to the situation now when they have 24-hour care provided by Bluebird. The live-in and night carers are wonderful, they communicate well with the family (we all live some distance from my parents) and knowing that they are in place is such a relief to us all. The management team are also fabulous and very understanding of the issues of dealing with strong-willed elderly people. As my parents have become much frailer, physically and mentally, the carers have dealt with the issues attendant on ill health with compassion and grace, allowing my parents to retain their dignity as far as possible. The exceptional care provided has allowed two elderly, frail and bedbound people to remain in their own home. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon highly enough.
Good afternoon Helen, thank you for the kind words. It is our pleasure to support your parents. Our staff absolutely love supporting them.
