Always asks if there is anything else she can do.she is always on time or phones if she will be 5mins late. The management are easy to talk to. My auntie whom I was caring for had Alzheimer's and was in need of extra care and help whilst I was at work. I felt that Petals Care Agency put a good care plan in place for her. The carers were always on time, reliable, flexible, helpful and attentive to my auntie and she seemed happy with them. They would always contact me with any concerns they had or if they thought my auntie wasn't herself or unwell. The manager was always very helpful if I needed extra help in putting my auntie to bed, even at short notice which I appreciated very much. On a few occasions they provided extra care overnight if I was away which gave me peace of mind when needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Petals Care Agency to care for your loved ones at a time when you really need it.

My 103-year-old late father who lived on his own in a retirement home decided to have carers 3 times a day since November 2023. I was recommended Petals Care Agency by a friend and when I met with the Agency I was very impressed by the plan they had for my father. The carers looked after my father very well and with great care and consideration and the Manager and her team were also very attentive when I needed to speak to them. My father was very happy with all the carers. I would recommend Petals Care Agency to whomever asks.

We have used Petals Care agency three times over the last few years the latest being June 2024 for my 92-year-old mother, the carers provided are always very good and arrive promptly at the time requested would highly recommend this company. The manager is always very pleasant to deal with when booking the carers each time we have needed them.

Petals supported my aunt, who was born deaf, for the past few years. At all times they were caring, patient, and supportive, putting my aunt's needs first and foremost. I was able to contact someone virtually 24/7 if the need arose and I always had a sense that the team would go above and beyond if required, and so it proved on some occasions. We chose Petals because we felt we would get a personal, and local, service. We were not disappointed. I am grateful for their service. Highly recommended!

The carers provided such wonderful care throughout and especially towards the end of my friends life. They were able to adapt with compassion, dignity and understanding with the challenges that arose towards the end. Petals were recommended to me and I have been very happy with the service that Petals has provided. There were two carers on different shifts but always the same ones. My mother’s dementia made her difficult to deal with but they were both caring and patient. The management were always helpful and supportive. Happy to recommend them.
