Petals Care Agency provides quality care to support people in their own homes, promoting independence and helping them to remain in a familiar setting for longer. The compassionate team members are highly trained and experienced in providing home care. Staff, including those who are office-based, are carefully selected and receive ongoing training to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the service.

I had looked at other agencies and chose Petals Care for their presentation. Very caring and able to assist in changing hours during the week.Some agencies charge after hours.The care my husband had was from the heart,he was a difficult man and had a amputation on his leg, so was bed ridden.The carers
looked after him until he died in December

My partner is receiving excellent care from his young lady. She is always cheerful and helpful. Always asks if there is anything else she can do.she is always on time or phones if she will be 5mins late. The management are easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who needs care
for themselves or their loved ones.

My auntie whom I was caring for had Alzheimer's and was in need of extra care and help whilst I was at work. I felt that Petals Care Agency put a good care plan in place for her. The carers were always on time, reliable, flexible, helpful and attentive to my auntie and she seemed happy with them.
They would always contact me with any concerns they had or if they thought my auntie wasn't herself or unwell. The manager was always very helpful if I needed extra help in putting my auntie to bed, even at short notice which I appreciated very much. On a few occasions they provided extra care overnight if I was away which gave me peace of mind when needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Petals Care Agency to care for your loved ones at a time when you really need it.

My 103-year-old late father who lived on his own in a retirement home decided to have carers 3 times a day since November 2023. I was recommended Petals Care Agency by a friend and when I met with the Agency I was very impressed by the plan they had for my father. The carers looked after my father very
well and with great care and consideration and the Manager and her team were also very attentive when I needed to speak to them. My father was very happy with all the carers. I would recommend Petals Care Agency to whomever asks.

My aunt was in need of a live-in carer at her flat and Petals Care Agency took all the stress out of the equation and provided excellent care. My aunt was extremely happy and well looked after.

We have used Petals Care agency three times over the last few years the latest being June 2024 for my 92-year-old mother, the carers provided are always very good and arrive promptly at the time requested would highly recommend this company. The manager is always very pleasant to deal with when booking
the carers each time we have needed them.

Petals supported my aunt, who was born deaf, for the past few years. At all times they were caring, patient, and supportive, putting my aunt's needs first and foremost. I was able to contact someone virtually 24/7 if the need arose and I always had a sense that the team would go above and beyond if
required, and so it proved on some occasions. We chose Petals because we felt we would get a personal, and local, service. We were not disappointed. I am grateful for their service. Highly recommended!

Petals Care Agency supported my friend for a few years. They provided wonderful daily support. They were reliable, helpful and flexible. If any issues arise they acted quickly to address (though we didn’t have many issues).
The carers provided such wonderful care throughout and especially towards
the end of my friends life. They were able to adapt with compassion, dignity and understanding with the challenges that arose towards the end. I just want to say thank you to everyone at Petals for supporting myself and my friend through everything, you were more like friends to her than carers which gave her the comfort and security that she needed. Petals were recommended to me and I have been very happy with the service that Petals has provided. There were two carers on different shifts but always the same ones. My mother’s dementia made her difficult to deal with but they were both caring and patient. The management were always helpful and supportive.

I am more than happy with my mum's ongoing care. My mum lights up when the carers arrive, which shows me she feels happy and safe. They consistently pay very good attention and I am immediately informed on any changes, or anything she might need, so I can then follow-up as required in a timely manner.

Over the last year, the carers at Petals Care have been looking after my mum, who has advanced dementia. Her condition has deteriorated rapidly over the last 3 months, and she is now bed-bound. The carers have shown nothing but compassion during the Covid-19 pandemic going above and beyond to provide
for my mum when the family have been restricted due to lockdown; we as a family couldn't have asked for more and will forever be grateful for the support given. The management has been fantastic with keeping us informed of any changes, and we have had weekly updates for our own reassurance. We would highly recommend Petals Care Agency to anyone who was looking for outstanding care for their loved ones.
