Petals Care Agency provides quality care to support people in their own homes, promoting independence and helping them to remain in a familiar setting for longer. The compassionate team members are highly trained and experienced in providing home care. Staff, including those who are office-based, are carefully selected and receive ongoing training to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the service.

A range of care services are available, including short break and respite care, night care, live-in care, holiday care, palliative support, social companionship, personal care and domestic support, dementia care, Stroke care and support, and cancer support.

Sadly my 91-year-old mother has deteriorated rapidly in the last 6 months but thanks to Petals, she has managed to at least retain some dignity in her old age.
She has had a few different carers since the New Year but she has found them all to be really supportive, friendly and attentive to her needs.

The agency was very helpful supplying a swift response to my initial enquiry and detailed information of the services on offer and prices.


The carers were punctual, professional, caring and supportive.

Very happy with the service and comfortable with the lady who cares for my dad. Having the same person come means you create trust and you feel comfortable with that person. The management are very supportive of this.

I used Petals Care Agency run by the manager who is very professional and treated both myself and my Mother with respect. She took on board all that was required for the care of my mother and tried to accommodate us with the correct carers which in total over a period of 3 months were 5. They were
all lovely and helpful.
