County Care Berkshire provide excellent service for my son who is disabled. He loves all the carers, they provide him with personal and social care. He loves going out and having a coffee or playing them songs. Lots of the carers go over and above to help my son. Especially the senior care worker who came every day to help us when I had Covid-19 over Christmas. She was amazing.
County Care has been superb in caring for my father during the particularly challenging Covid lockdown period when I was unable to visit because of my own health problems. My fathers health has been monitored and appropriate action taken whenever required. Every issue has been dealt with in a proactive maner.
We have found 'County Care' very kind and useful in all they do. The carers are very friendly, caring and helpful in all they do.
Thank you Beryl for your kind words. It is a pleasure to work for you.
The carers are really helpful and all often to do any jobs around the house if needed. Very friendly and helpful to my husband and instil confidence in him.
Thank you for your kind words. If there is anything more we can help with please let us know.
Get off to a dodgy start but after a few weeks it all settled down. No complaints about carers they are all great.
My dad is receiving outstanding care from County Care. They are extremely supportive of dad and ensure they are always meeting his needs. They are also an invaluable support to me offering useful and constructive advice as I navigate the world of dementia and Alzheimer's. The County Care carers are kind, compassionate, professional and completely trustworthy. I literally would not cope without them!
Thank you for such kind words. We want to ensure clients can remain as independent as possible in their own homes and so we are glad our service is working so well for your Dad. It is a pleasure to be able to help.
I can honestly say that we have had no cause for complaint whatsoever - quite the reverse. The staff have consistently done more than we could have expected. Without them, I would not be here today. When I look at how I was when I came home from the hospital and what the carers have achieved with me now, I realise it is quite remarkable.
Thank you Sheila for your kind words. We are so thrilled to have helped enable you back to recovery and that you are able to resume your life as it was prior to requiring support from us. We shall miss you though.

Since qualifying as a social worker, I have specialised in Child Protection both as a Manager within a busy fieldwork team and as the Child Protection Co-ordinator for Slough.
However, running a domiciliary care agency has been the most rewarding challenge of my life. I gain so much enjoyment from meeting our customers and by working in partnership with other professionals and families to ensure our customers have the best possible care. I am so proud of the County Care Team of carers who always go ‘the extra mile’.
When not at work, you will find me singing with the local chamber choir, running Singing for the Brain sessions with the Alzheimer’s Society, working with the Homeless project in Windsor, getting fit at the gym or seeing friends for a coffee.
As the longest-standing employee of County Care, Marcia’s responsibilities span throughout the organisation, from responsibility for ensuring our staff group is paid correctly and on time, to auditing care records and acting as the first point of call for any IT problems! As a Brazilian, Marcia loves all sports (including football, of course) but has a recent passion for skiing.
Liz is integral to County Care, not only as a valued member of our team but for her diligent work with payroll and ensuring clients are invoiced correctly and that carers are paid accordingly.
Edinah has worked in the healthcare sector for 10 years. Whilst attending university, she worked as a healthcare worker in nursing homes, domiciliary care and supported living. After obtaining her CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management, she worked as a recruitment consultant for healthcare professionals in an agency.
In 2024 Edinah joined the CCB team as the HR Officer. Aside from a work setting, she enjoys investing her skills in my community by mentoring and leading teenagers and youth at her local church.
Sherene has worked in the care sector for 30 years.
She started her career as a care assistant looking after the elderly, then worked with adults with a learning disability for many years.
Since moving from the North to the South of England, she has worked in domiciliary care and both as a deputy manager and a care manager.
She believes that providing care comes from the heart.
When Sherene is not working, she loves to cook, and has recently completed ‘a cookery around the world’ course.
As Jay progressed in her career, she was promoted to Care Coordinator, developing valuable experience in managing complex care needs and working closely with clients to provide tailored care solutions. Jay has always been driven by the desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
