Care staff are very helpful especially when I first came out of hospital. Now I'm doing more for myself so need less help. The staff are always cheerful.
Thank you for your review. Both you and our Company have been having difficulty with ongoing Covid funding issues which have caused us all frustration. I feel this has been reflected in your review and we continue to work together to resolve this. I very pleased, however, to see that you consider...
The carers nearly always arrived promptly and were always cheerful and tactful in their duties. The most regular carers were skilled in dealing with my husband when he was being stubborn and persuading him to be more sensible. They were good at using their time efficiently and when there were problems and timetables needed to be adjusted the office were always competent.
Thank you for your positive response. Your comments will be passed on to the carers and office staff and I am sure they will be very much appreciated. We work hard to maintain our high standards, and to provide consistently good quality care to our clients.
Bramley Home Care was recommended after my wife had a stay in a residential care home in our village. We found the ladies who came six days a week to shower, dress and administer to her needs were caring and respectful at all times. At first, we were under a different office who were excellent at their job. We then moved to Child Okeford which came under Shaftesbury. The Bramley Care ladies come for six days a week and are equally caring and efficient. Our only comment is the irregular timing of the arrival times which clash with my wife's visit to a day centre on Monday and Fridays but this is being looked at.
Thank you for your review and kind words regarding both our offices. I have checked your schedule and I can see that you now have visits earlier on the days your wife goes to the day centre. We always try to accommodate clients with the times they prefer and have managed to adjust our schedules to suit you.
All Bramley Home carers work in a professional way with a pleasant, kind, caring attitude. They are punctual, reliable and adaptable, always prepared to go the extra mile.
Thank you for your kind words which I will pass on to the carers. We work hard to maintain our high standards and really appreciate it when they are recognized.
The carers are very friendly to Mum and look after her well. They update management who then update me on any incidents that happen.
Thank you for your positive review. Good communication is very important to us to ensure the best possible care for our clients and I am very pleased to see that this is working well.
I found the Bramley Home Care manageress and her team efficient. Nothing too much. My husband was very ill but they were always on time and greeted us with a smile, which meant a lot. The support they gave us at a very sad time. Thank you for your staff. It made a difference at end of life.
The care and support that my grandad received was really great. Each carer treated grandad with respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. Seeing different carers gave my grandad the chance to still speak about different things about each individual and himself.
Thank you very much for your very positive review. Our carers will appreciate your comments greatly.
My aunt has been supported n her home by Bramley Home Care for over three years. She was treated with kindness and dignity. We have been impressed with their person-centred approach and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Twice now I have had to cancel my weekly visit with the office as I have had to travel to hospital for tests on my heart. I gave a week's notice but I have found that I had a notice to say that I had not cancelled these appointments. It was not the carers' fault, but somehow my phone calls had not been noted. I was very upset.
Thank you for making time to give us valued feedback. Having chatted with you about your comments, we both agreed that there had been a miscommunication. We are very sorry for the distress this caused you. You said you were very keen to keep our visits and in particular the carer that regularly sees you. We will endeavour to continue providing the good service to which you are accustomed.
I feel the client needs to have a 10 minute gratis on the first visit from a carer as it always takes up time explaining what to do and where things are kept. That said, once familiar, the care is efficient and of a high standard. Memory is good and detailed. Kindly, friendly, respectful. I am always in admiration.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, and for your kind words. We value your comments and feedback which we will take on board. New carers shadow more experienced staff and also have the opportunity to read care plans before visiting clients. However, we will try to offer more...
I find your care package extremely good and I find the 4 hours I spent with a member of your staff relaxing, sometimes funny, which makes my day. Thank you.
Bramely staff are reliable, efficient and pleasant in their care of the client. I am most grateful for their professional and kind care.
So pleased with the standard of care my father receives with Bramley. The empathy, humour and kindness is outstanding.
We have found the service to be both helpful and caring. Mum enjoys the added stimulation of seeing the other ladies to chat with. The carers also enable myself and my sister to have a little more free time. Communication between ourselves and the carers is excellent and we feel that mum is treated with dignity and respect at all times.
