The carers are very friendly to Mum and look after her well. They update management who then update me on any incidents that happen.

I found the Bramley Home Care manageress and her team efficient. Nothing too much. My husband was very ill but they were always on time and greeted us with a smile, which meant a lot. The support they gave us at a very sad time. Thank you for your staff. It made a difference at end of life.

The care and support that my grandad received was really great. Each carer treated grandad with respect and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. Seeing different carers gave my grandad the chance to still speak about different things about each individual and himself.

Twice now I have had to cancel my weekly visit with the office as I have had to travel to hospital for tests on my heart. I gave a week's notice but I have found that I had a notice to say that I had not cancelled these appointments. It was not the carers' fault, but somehow my phone calls had not been
noted. I was very upset.

I feel the client needs to have a 10 minute gratis on the first visit from a carer as it always takes up time explaining what to do and where things are kept. That said, once familiar, the care is efficient and of a high standard. Memory is good and detailed. Kindly, friendly, respectful. I am always

However, we will try to offer more shadowing, as well as encouraging new carers to read care plans more thoroughly before making their first visits. We have found the service to be both helpful and caring. Mum enjoys the added stimulation of seeing the other ladies to chat with. The carers also enable myself and my sister to have a little more free time. Communication between ourselves and the carers is excellent and we feel that mum is treated
with dignity and respect at all times.

My name is Sarah I live locally with my Partner and our daughter. I enjoy taking part in a musical theatre production group, I have taken part in productions such as Starlight Express, Hairspray and Guys and Dolls. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.


Prior to working with Bramley I worked with children that had physical and mental health needs, this was a very challenging environment but one I thoroughly enjoyed and relished the interaction with children.


As part of my role, I get to go out and meet our clients first hand and am often the first person from Bramley that they meet. It is great being a part of the Bramley team and knowing that the service we provide makes such a difference to people.

I have spent many years working in finance and previously worked for NatWest Bank. I have also worked for numerous small businesses managing their finances. I joined Bramley in 2013 just after they started and have been here ever since. Over the years I have picked up lots of information about care, and I enjoy assisting clients with their enquiries.
