The management are accessible, always helpful. I feel Care Herts Ltd really put the service users first. We have employed 3 agencies previously and Care Herts Ltd is by far the better provider of care.
Care Herts have been looking after my mother for over five years, in that time I have always found the carers to be kind and compassionate and have treated my mother with dignity and respect. Management has always tried to cover the care needs for my mother including last minute requests. On the rare occasions when problems arise, they are dealt with promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Care Herts as a caring and professional care agency.
The carers are fabulous, caring, kind, consider my brother's needs and are patient. I did request by text and letter that we did not wish to have a certain carer. I was told that they would be sent if no other was available. I was told if this was not acceptable our care package would be reviewed! Management do not listen.
Their staff are caring, polite and considerate for my father’s daily needs. I am particularly indebted to the management also for their immediate responses to texts/emails and or telephone calls.
They are always there in times of need which is so reassuring and such a relief as I live a fair distance from my father. I am very grateful to them.

Randika is the Director and Manager of Care Herts Ltd, which she established in 2013 with a vision to provide compassionate, person-centred care that enables individuals to remain independent in their own homes. With a strong commitment to dignity, respect, and personalised support, Randika has led the organisation to become a trusted local care provider across Welwyn Garden City and the surrounding areas. Under her leadership, Care Herts has received a ‘Good’ CQC rating and recognition through Hertfordshire Care Award nominations for innovation and excellence in care.
Sandra is our Assessor and Staff Supervisor, and she also plays a key role in care coordination. Having spent many years working as a carer, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge, compassion, and understanding to her role. She is passionate about supporting both clients and care staff, and her hands-on experience and approachable nature make her a valued part of the team.
